Great Beach Front Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've rented several homes in the past but this was the best so far. From the time I booked the house till at left it was a great experience. The company will take care of you no matter what the situation. The house has amazing views from the balcony to the back porch. Great access to the beach and very quiet nice area. I'd rent this place again!

Grand Paradise stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay at Grand Paradise was great. It's location to the beach was wonderful. However, we felt the house could use some work and deep cleaning. The outdoor furniture appeared dirty, some stains on comforters, dust on fans, under the sofa and beds, things just thrown in the pantry and a rusty baby gate left on the deck are a few of the things that made it appear dirty. On the first day it rained right through the bedroom ceiling and two of the patio chairs broke in two. Property manager came out, but no one else came out to look at the leak. Just left a towel for the floor.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 28. jul. 2026
We appreciate your feedback Pamela. We never like to hear that a guest is less than satisfied with their stay. We will certainly pass along your feedback to the cleaning company. The salt air can be rough on the outdoor furniture and cause discoloration even to new furniture. The home does have all new windows and a newer roof. The tropical storm and sideways rain was likely the cause of any leaking but we will definitely monitor that! We are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the fabulous location and views! Grand Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had plenty of space for our group and was in a great location. The stove top was cracked when we arrived. We were only able to use one of the burners. This was not ideal for a group of 20+ people, as we come prepared to cook all of our meals during our stay. The property manager brought us small counter top burners that helped but was not ideal for our large group.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 3. jun. 2026
We appreciate your feedback, Rebecca. The crack in the cooktop was not reported by the cleaning company or noticed by our Property Manager prior to your arrival. Of course, sometimes unforeseen things do happen and we do our very best to get them remedied as quickly as possible. A new cooktop had to be special ordered and installed. We are very pleased to hear that the home accommodated your large group quite nicely. We hope you enjoyed those amazing views! Thanks for staying with us! Coastal View Vacations

Huge house and best direct views of Gulf

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is huge! Just my husband and I stayed but we needed a pet friendly location and wanted beachfront. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of seating in main areas. It’s well equipped for multiple families. House could use some maintenance but nothing major. This is our second time renting this house and we have really enjoyed both stays. Coastal View is great to work with. Easy check in and check out even with last minute booking.

This was a fantastic property for 12 guys on a golf trip. Access to the beach was amazing, kitchen stocked with every utensil you could imagine, beds were very comfortable although the bunk room is definitely made for kids. We had no issues with anything really and was impressed with water pressure and hot water. Layout of home is very good for such a large group. 10 out of 10.

Perfect beach house for a large group! Everything about the rental was wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large family, and we were able to bring our dogs, which was great. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The views from the multiple balconies and decks were pristine, and the beach was located just a few steps from the back door. The adults were able to keep an eye on our kids playing on the beach without leaving the house, which was convenient. As a bonus, the shore fishing was wonderful, and we caught several fish species just a few yards from the property. If you are looking for a pet-friendly beach house for a large family, this is the one! We will be renting this property again!

Squad Days at Fort Morgan

Loved this property. The giant deck was a huge hit...we spent tons of time out there. Proximity to the water is the best we've ever had. Loved all the seating in the main living area...perfect for our large group. Never felt crowded at all. Kitchen was set up well for a lot of folks. And the bunk room was the HIT of the trip with our younger set. They LOVED it! Check in was smooth. Property manager was friendly, professional, and accessible. They were prompt to respond when we needed help. Awesome in every way.
