DO NOT BOOK THIS RENTAL DEAD LISTING

This is a dead listing, do not book!!! I booked and paid for 4 nights in Aug 2023 for our trip end of March 2024. Fast forward to the last leg of our trip Mar 2024 and we did not receive any check in information, so I emailed the property management through VBRO and received no response. Then I called the phone number listed and the woman on the phone proceeded to tell me she is the new property manager and they no longer list with VBRO (as of 3 years ago) only air b and b and that they have no record of my booking. She said it wasn't her fault and that I had to contact VBRO. She was also fairly rude on the phone. So we had to contact VBRO to file a claim and to find last minute accommodations BUT we had to output the money ourselves first and hope to be reimbursed after filing the claim. Someone got our money and I truly do not understand how a listing could remain active for so long accumulating money and dead bookings like this one clearly is. It seems there should be some accountability on both ends... you know your listing is still up, shouldnt YOU be able to take it down?! There is a reason there have been no recent reveiws. Hopefully this gets posted and helps someone from having the same hassle we did!! CANCEL NOW IF U HAVE BOOKED THIS LISTING!!!

A romantic and quiet getaway

The unit is new, stylish and comfortable. We felt welcomed and valued. The view was incomparable and the setting is all one could wish for, only a short drive to several beaches and the town of Las Catalinas. The communication with the owners and staff was impeccable.

Beautiful independent and private suite of an owner's house
The bedroom (20m2) has a large king bed, television and two large closets.
The kitchen and the bathroom are 10m2.
The 14m2 terrace, accompanied by its small swimming pool, opens up a breathtaking view of the bay of Potrero Flamingo.
Calm and nature are predominant here!
