Home wasn’t very clean. Linen was clean but the kitchen/ floor not so much. Stuff was left behind by previous guest as well, that weren’t picked up. Check in was tricky because our reservation “couldn’t be found”. No check in or check out instructions.

Thank you for your review and for your feedback. We’re pleased that the linens were to your satisfaction, though we are sorry to hear that other aspects did not meet expectations. The property is professionally cleaned and checked prior to each stay, and we will certainly follow up with our team regarding your comments. We do provide detailed check-in instructions, including smart lock access, through the booking platform before arrival. If anything is ever unclear, we are always available to assist guests promptly. Check-out instructions are intentionally kept very minimal for guest convenience, and we will review how they are communicated to ensure they are as clear as possible. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and seamless experience for all of our guests.

The check in process was excellent, we received the lock code and it was very easy to access the property. The accommodations were very comfortable, and enough room to for our family to enjoy our time together. Pool and Spa, the time of the year was hot so we didn't need heat, the pool was as warm as the spa, as expected for the summer. Movie theater was great, we watched a few movies and relaxed on the hot summer afternoon. The Host Abe is a great guy, and was more then willing to answer question. We will be staying in Abe's villa again in the near future and would highly recommend using his home for your staty!

Can't wait to come back!

This house is more spacious than photos can even show, the kitchen is large and moving around with 10 adults and one child was so easy and effortless. The house was very clean, updated, and had everything we could have needed. Nearby are several grocery stores and Walmart and instacart both deliver to this area making getting groceries so easy. Abe was super responsive to our questions, very polite and helpful. We can't wait to come back next time we are in the area.

Great location & plenty of parking

The owners were very attentive to all of our needs and in making sure everything went smoothly from the time we got there until the time we left. It had everything we needed to have our family of 5 of our 6 girls with their family plus we had a gender reveal. This location was perfect because it had plenty of parking and we had some yard behind this home to do the reveal and for the children to play ball. We had the pool heated for the kids and there was plenty of room for all the family. The home was equipped for everything we needed including a playroom for the kids and the movie theater for the adults. I would highly recommend this property to our family and friends plus we would stay again.

Short but sweet

House was just as described. Mr Abe was the kindest man that you would ever want to talk to. Beautiful neighborhood! Beautiful house! Excellent neighbors (the neighborhood was out and wanted to join us) A time was had this past weekend and we throroughly enjoyed ourselves. Take care of Mr Abe and Mrs Bella home and they will take care of you. He called afterwards to make sure our stay was as promised and to ask questions about an ice maker but that had nothin to do with us.

Awesome property. Could use a deep clean

Awesome property for the number of rooms and the large pool. Off putting to charge extra for a grill that doesn’t even work and then block numbers/emails and not respond during the stay. Over all it is a good house for a large family gathering or group events. It does need a deep clean and lots of maintenance work done. Roof was almost bursting after being filled with rain at the pool areas patio and dust on all of the light fixtures. Overall the house is fine for a quick weekend trip. I would not recommend for longer stays based on the unavailability of the host.

Property wasn’t anything like the pictures. Very deceiving.

I would never ever again rent this property. Overpriced! Torn and dirty furnishings. Holes in walls. Areas on the wall that were plastered and painted but paint didn’t match. Ice maker to fridge never worked. No cold water in bathroom sink upstairs. Extremely dirty floor boards and vents. This house is in fair/poor condition.

Darlene is one of those guests that from the instant she arrived, she had one agenda on her mind and that was to extort money from us. She was texting me nonstop and fabricating all kinds of reasons as to why she was not happy. When my wife and I understood who we are dealing with, we offered her a full refund if she left the property. Needless to say, that leaving our beautiful villa wasn't her intention. She tried to intimidate us by telling us that she will give a terrible review unless she gets back a $750 refund. We realized that nothing would appease her but money. Well, her attempt at extortion and threats didn't work this time. It is difficult to deal with such guests, but we believe that it is very important for all hosts not to cave in and fall victims to shameless, indecent demands. Please read all reviews about our properties, our devotion and attention to our guest's needs and decide for yourselves. And to all the hosts out there I advise not to be discouraged by such unpleasant situations but rather stand your ground and don't let anyone take advantage of you. Most of our guests are wonderful and it's a great pleasure to host them. We deeply appreciate our guests and look forward to hosting them to the best of our ability. Abe & Bella

Two week stay in August

The size of the property was great for a large family holiday. Abe, the host was very accommodating and keen to sort out issues. There were some inaccuracies in the property listing including the fact that it says there are two washing machines and tumble dryers. Also the listing states that golf is free at the club house which is not true. As the two weeks passed we became more aware of how dusty things like the light fittings were, although the kitchen surfaces and toilet were clean. The furniture in the living room is very old and worn, the leather suite is very frayed and the fabric chair is very stained. (I wouldn't sit in it!). We had booked the villa because it came with access to a gym at the club house, at the end of the first week we were there we were refused access (when we went and were told we couldn't go in it was quite embarrassing). This was eventually sorted out for the last day we were there (which was too late for us). Considering we booked with this in mind we would have expected some kind of refund for not having access to the facilities promised, this has not been offered.

Abe was very kind with communication. The house was wonderful and it accommodated all 11 of us and had room for more! Love the double washer and dryer. The pool was the highlight of the trip and the resort’s waterpark was great and not too crowded! And everywhere we needed or wanted to go was in good distance and not hours away! Will definitely go back! I highly recommend using Abe’s vacation home. Also, in good distance for Disney World!

Great host and great house!

Abe was an excellent host with great communication. The check-in process was easier than any we’ve experienced at a Florida rental. The house is a great space for families and large groups - we traveled with another family and had a total of 4 adults and 6 kids and there were empty rooms still. The kids loved the theater, game room, and the pool! We did have one issue the first day where the pool was not clean - both visibly and the smell. I sent Abe a message and he had the pool guy check on it. Great communication from Abe! Overall we had a great time and the house was very comfortable and a place our kids loved!
