Parking right at our doorstep makes it super easy to unload and get around, and no elevators to deal with!

• In addition to bathroom towels, shower mats, and a kitchen hand towel, we also supply a starter kit containing the following:
-Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bars of soap for each shower
-Toilet paper, 1 new roll in each bathroom
-Laundry detergent, 2 pods
-Paper towel, 1 new roll
-Dishwasher soap, 2 pods
-Kitchen trash can liners, 2 liners
-Kitchen wash cloth
-Sponge and scrubber pad
-Dawn dish soap

Consider purchasing travel insurance for unexpected last-minute emergencies, medical emergencies, or weather events preventing you from traveling.

• Check-in starting at 4pm and check-out by 10am. Reservation info and photo ID matching the reservation required for entry into GHBR. In the event of an unauthorized late check out where our cleaner has to wait, we will have to charge a $50 late check out fee
• For access throughout GHBR two proxy cards will be provided. If damaged or lost we will have to charge $15 each
• Cleaning fee covers regular departure clean. Any excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee
• No subletting, renter must be 25 years of age and must be present during the entire stay
• No parties or events
• Registered guests only and no unauthorized pets
• No smoking
• Report any damages immediately. Accidental damages shall be paid for by the guest
• All trash should be bagged and tied and placed in the GHBR silver trash bins prior to checking out
• All dishes and cookware should be washed, please do not leave dirty dishes
• Parking is limited to the two assigned spaces in front of our home. If you wish to rent a golf cart, it must be parked in one the parking spaces. No boats, trailers, or commercial vehicles allowed
• No fireworks
• Community noise curfew is 11pm - 7am
• For your safety and ours there are exterior security cameras with motion activated recording. No covering, altering, disabling, or tampering with the security cameras
• If using a grill, it must be at least 10 feet from the building
