Welcome to BLESSING BY THE LAKE, where lake life is fully enjoyed and lakefront views are endless with direct lake access within walking distance, A RARE FIND!!

**NEW for 2024 - Lower level has been beautifully remodeled providing two extra bedrooms and an additional shared bathroom with shower. Small pets and service animals are welcome with prior approval (Pet fees apply).

This luxury home is located on Barren River Lake in beautiful Sunset Ridge. This home features TWO MASTER BEDROOM Suites each with en-suite bathroom on the main level! BLESSING BY THE LAKE offers a picturesque, private setting with a relaxing covered front porch, outdoor fire pit, screened-in patio, and two spacious upper decks for grilling and entertaining. Beautiful lake views can be seen from nearly every window! BLESSING BY THE LAKE is nearly 2000 square feet of comfortable living space and offers 5 private bedrooms, a loft area bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms. The newly remodeled lower level has two private bedrooms, a full bathroom, and lots of seating and games for the family.

BLESSING BY THE LAKE is within walking distance to community steps allowing direct access to the lake and a community dock. Baileys Point Campground is just over a mile from the property offering a boat launch, picnic area and playground! This location is the perfect proximity to MAMMOTH CAVE NATIONAL PARK, NATIONAL CORVETTE MUSEUM and NASHVILLE, TN. You will find everything you need for the ultimate lakeside retreat!

Beautiful spot to enjoy nature

This property was very clean and well equipped. An excellent spot for a family gathering. We missed the ability to go out the door and take walks but we did take advantage of the state park just up the road and walked there.

Relaxing

Beautiful clean house! We were super impressed with the layout, the amenities and the cleanliness. We really enjoyed our stay, very relaxing. My only disappointment was the view, it’s a nice view but the trees have matured and the view is not as good as I thought it would be. Of course this has nothing to do with the owners, it’s just nature. We would definitely rent again!

City to Country

Perfect get away from Boston city life. Family and friends are still talking about the house. That is a blessing to keep 12 adults so happy and comfortable. All wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Home was excellent, clean and well laid out. Out of the last ten home I have rented at Barren & Nolin. This is the fourth one on Bailey’s Point and so far the best. Only thing wrong is that it wasn’t mine.

Beautiful!!!

We had a wonderful time. It is an absolutely gorgeous place, peaceful, and roomy. We were able to have a few members of my family over for a nice dinner one night. We had a great time!

Thanksgiving Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway to your gorgeous cabin. You thought of everything to have there and available. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen w all the items we needed to make a Thanksgiving feast. We enjoyed having a lovely fire, playing games, and spending time together as a family.

Great Family Vacation

Loved the house inside and out - especially the screened in porch. Beautiful sunset view. Wish the water access had been a bit less rigorous. We would stay here again!!

Family Time

This was a beautiful cabin to relax and enjoy a good time with family! We rented a pontoon on Barren River Lake at Narrows marina just a few miles away from the cabin and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this cabin for reservation!

We loved the house it was so big and beautiful Sunsets amazing

We also loved the quarry with the high 90 s the quarry water was amazing. Kids loved playing Air hockey .

Excellent

Great experience. A few of the pictures in the listing were of a different property such as the stone wall fireplace in the living room and the back deck. Plenty of space for our party of 6. The property has a beautiful view of the lake.

Amazing Experience

We met as a family at Blessings for our yearly trip and can not say enough good things about this place. From the very beginning of scheduling Cindy was so great to work with! The home itself is beautiful and so very clean!! We all felt at home and enjoyed our time so much. Between the care we received and the property being above expectations this is a 10 out of 10 for sure!!

A peaceful respite

This was like being in a family owned lodge where there was enough space to comfortably accommodate us, cozy enough to not feel distant and in a lovely quiet surrounding. Our host, Cindy, was most helpful and welcoming. The house was not only warm and cozy but full of amenities, like a game room, fully stocked kitchen, even including many incidentals like spices and foil wrap! They were ready for us and we felt welcome!

Beautiful view, tricky lake access

We enjoyed the home. Great communication. Some issues with central air, but quickly resolved. The dock was a bit farther from the house and tricky to get to with the kayaks, but loved the view and the screened porch!

Girls weekend

This was our 2nd trip to the lake together. There were 6 single ladies in our group. We enjoyed this home so much because of the space, the view, the location, and the beautiful home. It has proven to be a great place for us to come together to relax, play cards, explore, and just do life together. The home is clean and beautiful and stocked with everything you can possibly need and has lots of room for a group. We loved our stay and plan to return next year.

Perfect!!

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals & this beautiful home is one of the best! The pics don’t do it justice. It’s stunning inside & outside. We lived on the front porch & screened in back porch. We loved watching the cows from the front porch & WOW! the views of the lake are breathtaking from the back. We were lucky enough to witness beautiful sunsets among the fall colors! This home really is a Blessing - the perfect name. When we were inside, we had everything we needed from plastic wrap, extra blankets to games & puzzles! The decor is so nice & cozy. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was so well stocked with essentials & beyond. We are already planning when we can go back!!

Beautiful and perfect location!

This is a wonderful property! If you are reading this in order to narrow down your choices, you won't need to look any further! This home has everything you need! It's very spacious and comfortable. You have a gorgeous view of the water. Just bring your clothes and a boat. If you don't have a boat, you don't need one. You can still have a great and relaxing time at the cabin. One of the best things about this property is the property manager. Cindy is the best! She will answer all of your questions and try to make your stay as wonderful as she can. Cindy, all of us girls want to thank you for all you did and for working with us. We had a wonderful time! We are already talking about next year!

My Dream Vacation Home

This is my dream vacation home come to life! We loved the separate master bedrooms each with master bathrooms. Great for the two sets of parents. The loft with its own bath was perfect for the kids. Loved the big kitchen and all that came with it. It was so nice to have everything we needed including some basics so we didn't need to shop for every single thing. Lots of space for everyone to hang out together or do their own thing. I miss my morning routine of relaxing in the screened in porch, listening to the birds. (Our only complaint was that the trees were so big they limited the beautiful lake view.) We had an issue with the keyless entry but Cindy was available instantly to fix the problem asap. The decor is so cute, everywhere! Comfy, cozy and spacious all at once. If you're looking for a beautiful home to relax in with a group, this is it!
