1st Floor Condo w/ Beautiful Resort Grounds! Pool/Hot Tub/Tennis Courts & More!

This condo is a two bedroom, two bath condo perfectly located only steps away from the beach. Each bedroom is furnished with two queen beds and each bathroom is complete and with plenty of towels and a starter kit of toiletries. Private washer and dryer in the condo so your things will always be fresh! Go out the patio door and you are in front of the Solare swimming pool.

The New Bahia Mar has just had a multi million maker over! Come swim in our 2 brand new pools with hot tubs or play tennis on our new courts! No roads to cross, just walk out the door and you are at the beach. Condo just a few steps from the 2 large swimming pools and beach access.

****PLEASE NOTE: Babies and infants count toward the total occupancy of a reservation. Unfortunately, guests will be denied access if over the maximum number of people.
Number of guests will depend on number of people on the inquiry, no extra will be added. Children under the age of 4 will be counted as an occupant. Our Staff will enforce the maximum occupancy and can prevent trespassing of unauthorized persons. Special cases can pay for extra guests ($85.00 each) , but must be called in by owner to change the reservation.



Parking Notes:
Rentals are allowed two free parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit can be issued ONLY if authorized by New Bahia Mar Management for the renting party and for a $70.00 fee per vehicle. Parking is limited and permits must be displayed at all times. Please note that no boats, trailers, or R.V.s will be allowed on the property.
HOUSE RULES:

● Maximum occupancy limit: 6 guests (including children 12 and under)
● No invited Guests are allowed.
● Must provide valid ID to enter property
● No smoking allowed
● Minimum age to rent is 21
● All people are required to wear wristbands.
● Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.
● This is a pet friendly unit. If you plan to bring a pet, please be sure that you selected the option. There is a $180 pet fee per stay.
● Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.`s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
● Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed.
● We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property.

Winter getaway

We had a great time in South Padre due largely to the wonderful condo and facility. The unit was as advertised and the grounds beautiful. Great pools and even better beach front. We had our dog with and it was perfect for that especially with ground floor unit. Great owner response to the few questions we had. Very impressed with that. Great onsite staff too. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Trip

We had a wonderful time in SPI, the pool and beach were super close and the owner was very responsive to all our request. We’ll be back one day!!

Decent Stay

Overall, a decent stay. It was very clean. However, there was a faint smell often throughout the unit, which was annoying. The walls are very thin. You could hear the neighbors talking and also hear footsteps from the 2nd level. The host was very responsive. We actually had 2 units...one here, and one in the tower. We did like the location. We would probably consider another unit instead of returning to this one.

Beautiful condo

This 2 bedroom condo was beautifully decorated and we loved all the upgrades what were made in the bathrooms. Being on the first floor it made it easy to get in and out. And I have to say the beds were very comfortable. We have stayed some other condos and always have had trouble sleeping because of the mattresses not being comfortable but not the case here!

Amazing condo

Condo well kept, close to the pool, main pool with deck is a slight walk. Only issue was no safety lock on front door and our toddler could easily open the door and go out the door. Blind was broken by pervious guest, but other than that would get that condo again. Wife loved it.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed for a great trip and we would definitely go stay here again. In regards to the facilities, the pools were nice and the beach area was great. We liked that we could catch the fireworks from the property deck. The property apparently had sensitive fire alarms as we had to evacuate due to alarms going off on two occasions (apparently due to a renter elsewhere in the complex burning their food). It would be nice if the alarms were only for one building rather than having all the building connected to same alarm. Communication was good with the host and the issue that popped up with a previous repair was appropriately and professionally addressed. Again we would definitely go back to stay here again!!! Loved it.

Nice location

The condo itself was nice with a nice location to the pool. It did have a strong musty smell to it that did not go away. It was a bit of a walk to the ocean which was difficult for my elderly parents. The pictures in the ad made it seem a bit closer, but it is my fault for not asking. If you look at a map, this place is right next to the Solare tower, near the road. The complex was nice though. Great amenities. The condo was comfortable for the most part except for the smell. The owner was very communicative and answered all of my messages in a timely manner. If they could remove the smell, I would definitely stay again.

This was our first visit to S Padre. The unit was very clean and the resort was nice. We appreciated the two big pools for a refreshing place to stay cool during the heat of the day. The host was very responsive to my questions. I asked if beach chairs or umbrellas are in the unit and although they do not provide those, the host must have called the office because when we arrived there were two chairs on the porch. I appreciated that!Unfortunately I have two complaints. The unit has a mold problem. We couldn't use one of the bedrooms due to the overwhelming smell of mildew. We had to buy allergy medicine it was so bad. We bought some Clorox cleaner and sprayed the areas that looked like black mold. It helped but not entirely. My other complaint is the full time residents on the third floor. They have an aggressive shepherd that we encountered many times outside. He's on a leash with a young boy (10-12 years old) trying to manage him. The dog barks, lunges and has his fur raised on his back. I have no doubt he would bite if given the opportunity. We were traveling with a service dog. Our dog is highly trained for a health related task and it's imperative that we protect the dog from a potential dog attack. We firmly told the boy to keep his dog away from us. The parent's responded by leaving a nasty note on our door. Be aware if you are taking any dog to this unit as there will be a potential issue with that resident.

Great condo and stay!!!

Condo was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Perfect location to the pool and very small walk to beach access. Condo has been well taken care of and has everything you need. My family and I would definitely stay in the condo again. Easy communication with owner as well. Would recommend.

condo stay

The condo resort was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and visiting South Padre island. Since it was February the weather was not warm every day. The pools are not heated, although, that didn't stop my husband from taking a dip. The hot tubs were perfect. Loved the decking with loungers and patio furniture by the gulf. Great place to relax and enjoy. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions.
