Frankie’s Destin-ation offers beach service during the season and is ideally situated among the most sought-after studios at Sandpiper Cove. Perfect for two guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to four upon prior approval. Step out to 1,100 feet of private, pristine white sand beach and take in the sparkling emerald waters. The chic condo includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. The bathroom features a spacious garden tub and shower. Located just across from the Gulf of Mexico, the patio offers a partial view of the beach.

This studio features a Queen Murphy bed and a Queen sofa sleeper.

Parking for two vehicles is conveniently located directly in front of the second-floor condo.

Sandpiper Cove is a 43-acre gated resort with access to 1,100 feet of private beach, a nine-hole par-3 golf course, five swimming pools, three hot tubs, six tennis courts, brand-new pickleball courts, and much more.

This second-floor condo offers 470 sq ft of space.

The owners’ communication was cordial, prompt and thorough. Check-in check out was a breeze. Quaint studio in the Sandpiper community - this is probably the best location in the community as it right across the street from beach access. The community itself is great to walk and has several pools and hot tubs.It is close to everything Destin has to offer!

First time to Sandpiper Cove, and Frankies Destin-ation did not disappoint. Very comfortable from the first day booking. The host made everything very simple from the beginning and every step of the way til the stay it self. We had an amazing time in the cozy condo. Clean, convenient, fantastic views in the heart of Destin. Great for couples getaway. We ate at both on site restaurants, swam at the pools and we to the beach with easy quick access from condo location.

We booked a last minute getaway and this place was PERFECT! Super close to the beach and everything you would need/want. Very clean, owners were awesome to communicate with. Will definitely be back!

Anniversary trip

Destin has been on my bucket list for years so my husband and i decided to spend our 29th anniversary enjoying the Emerald coast. The condo was clean and as described in VRBO. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. Unfortunately, we cut our stay in half due to persistent inclement weather, but the beach chairs and umbrella and the private beach access was a highlight of our stay. Extremely disappointed we only got 2 partial days at the beach due to the weather, but the time we did have there was enjoyable. It was extremely helpful to have access to the beach and chairs at noon so we were able to enjoy the beach while waiting to get into the condo. The location of the condo directly across the street from the beach was wonderful, especially for our trip as we dodged thunderstorms multiple times a day so we were able to go back to the beach more easily after no the storm. Having coffee and creamer provided for a much needed cup of coffee when we arrived was wonderful. The only drawback to the condo is it had a weird musty smell.

We stayed in Frankie's Destination. It was a wonderful condo. My wife and had been to the gulf side of Florida. It was beautiful. We actually got meet the owners and they were so friendly. They made us feel right at home. Thank you Mitch and Frankie.

Great location

Our first visit to Destin. The amenities were perfectly decorated and welcoming. All of the instructions were easy and felt like we were part of the family. Easy walk to the beach. The umbrella and chair reservations were an added bonus. Highly recommended!

Close to the beautiful beach!

We visited Destin in mid-March and felt like we beat the crowds. Frankie's Destin-ation is a studio condo, but we did not feel it was too small at all. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The murphy bed was comfy too. The best part was that it was just across the street from the beautiful beach. Very convenient! You can easily also walk to pick up some groceries or go for coffee.

Quick trip to the beach

The location is perfect! We were able to walk across the street to the beach and near many restaurants! Nice views of the beach. The condo is quaint, comfortable and very clean! It was nice to have coffee and creamer when we arrived!

Cozy condo with great amenities!

I stayed in this condo by myself this trip and found it to be very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has everything you need to enjoy some time at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Sandpiper cove has plenty of amenities to keep you busy for your stay. I enjoyed two of the pools as well as the hot tub and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a really nice touch.

Nice play to stay for visiting Destin. Beach is across the street. Easy 3 min walk. Good location near restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was well maintained. We loved the location and the Louisiana Restaurant was great and much better than I even imagined. Especially, the Bayou Grouper!!!. Thank you so much for allowing my wife and I to rent your place. It was perfect.

Awesome escape to the beach!

We stayed at this cute condo at the beginning of May for a long weekend getaway to the beach to celebrate my fiance's birthday. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It's super close to the beach which was the most important for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners are super communicative and went above and beyond to resolve a small issue that was out of both of our control. We are already planning our next stay here. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality!
