Additional sleeping space with comfy daybed in the living room as well as a 2-person sleeper sofa in the upstairs office loft. The home and cozy office loft offers high-speed internet and is perfect for those who would like to "escape" and work remotely. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom which makes for a great kids/game room with a double-bed bunk bed, large-screen TV, sofas and bumper pool table. Free onsite parking and keyless access.

This home also features lake access in a private, deep-water cove for docking a rental boat, fishing or having a party swim. A warm and welcoming fire pit and seating area overlooks the cove and dock, and allows for beautiful views of the sunset. Located only 15 minutes from Clemson University, guests can "boatgate" by sailing their rental boat up the lake to dock at Clemson Marina, located across the lake from the football, baseball and basketball stadiums.
