Welcome to Casa Regina!

Casa Regina is located in the exclusive community Cabo Bello Development. There is a direct path down to the beach located in front of Cabo Bello. It is a short walk to this gorgeous private beach! As you approach Casa Regina, you will not be disappointed! This gorgeous 4 bedroom private house is the perfect location for your Cabo vacation. You will have access to 3 parking spaces. As you walk up to the house you will see a private pool and jacuzzi available in the front of the house. The house provides everything you need with a gourmet kitchen for those nights that you want to cook or if you decide to hire a chef for the night! There is ample space with a comfortable couch for those nights that the family wants to watch something on TV. You will find 1 Queen bedroom downstairs with full size guest bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs- 1 King bed in master bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom, 1 King bed in guest bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom, 1 Queen bed with twin bed in guest bedroom that has an ensuite bathroom.

The house provides additional amenities on the rooftop with a fire pit and surrounding seating. The view from the rooftop is amazing!

Casa Regina is only a quick 5 minute drive to Walmart or Costco and about 8 minutes to downtown San Lucas where the marina, mall, shopping, restaurants, and Medano Beach are located!

This is the best place to stay in Los Cabos! We welcome you to Casa Regina!

A perfect getaway for our family.Great location with security and easy access to Cabo downtown and to local shopping. Rooftop deck is great for viewing sunrises and sunsets, and the pool area was well thought out. Would definitely recommend.

The people who manage this property are top notch. Great host and go above for everything. Just want to add for other travelers one of the bedrooms is not a kingbed and is listed as such.
The roof view is amazing.

Incredible stay!

Everything was wonderful about this home. The location, large and cozy home, pool, we’ll-stocked kitchen, and rental team were amazing. It’s also in a beautiful and safe community with an easy drive to major destinations. We would definitely stay here again!

We met with Deny at check-in, which was smooth/easy, however, the house was extremely stuffy/hot which was uncomfortable at first. There are air conditioning units in all rooms, but it took almost a full day to get it to a comfortable temperature. The bathrooms do not have any ventilation so it felt like saunas in there. As for cleanliness, there was a huge dead cockroach in the hallway downstairs and a lot of ants in every single bathroom. The ants would be all over our things in the bathroom. In addition, there was a lizard in the master bathroom that we had to try and catch and take out ourselves. There are no screens on the bathroom windows which could be why a lizard entered (we didn’t have any windows open so likely there before check-in) and it was difficult to air out the heat in bathrooms as we didn’t want anything else coming in. The kitchen utensils and cookware needed to be cleaned a little more and the pool was quite dirty, but was cleaned on the second day of our stay. Aside from that, Casa Regina is as listed- a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home, spacious and filled with many house supplies and amenities to use. The pool was fun to use- the water was very warm, likely due to the weather. It’s in a safe neighborhood with security at the front gate. Quick walk to beach, however, a hilly walk.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Regina! It had everything you need for your vacation. Everyone of my friends raves about the beds and had the best sleep! It’s a short distance to the private beach and close to a great snorkeling beach, Playa Santa Maria.

8 of us stayed for a full week and this place checked all our boxes! The place was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the big table was perfect for game nights, the bbq was perfect for grilling and the upper deck with the views of ocean, city and the arch, just WOW! Victor and Denny from the management company were so kind and attentive to our every need. I only wish this place was a little easier to find, directions could be a bit of a challenge with the Uber application. We enjoyed this home and the pool/hot tub/roof top so much, we all agreed we would go back and would stay here again. Thank you!

wonderful spot

had a great stay in a well apportioned house. The location is 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach that isn't overrun with people. There was a million dollar view of the ocean from the private rooftop patio. Quiet friendly neighberhood that is a short drive to the marina. The management was also 5 star!

Ideal location and property

We had 8 people stay in total comfort. Support from management was first-class from pre-arrival through to check out. Ideally located close to downtown Cabo, nice size rooms and house amenities. Rooftop deck with fire was a perfect way to watch the sunset each evening.

60th birthday celebration

The house is absolutely beautiful, we all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The welcome package was well worth it and delicious. The property manager Kristen was amazing at setting up all great activities and quick with responses Overall an amazing stay !!!!!

Great house

The house was a perfect size to accommodate our two families with eight total people. The outdoor space was great with the pool and rooftop patio. We grilled almost every night on the outdoor grill.
