Wonderful Place to Stay for a Getaway!!

The property is beautiful, comfortable, private and close to the beach and restaurants for convenience and relaxation. The host was very responsive to communications and sent out extra information and suggestions about the area. Highly recommend and would definitely come back again!!

Wonderful – Highly Recommend!

We had a truly wonderful experience at Casa CoCo! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our plans, and we felt right at home the entire time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, safe, and hassle-free getaway!

Casa Ron

Casa Ron and the Cabo Bello Community was delightful. Ron was extremely accommodating, continuously making sure we had what we needed and provided open communication. I highly recommend staying at Casa Ron if you want a great time!

A Great Place to Stay in Cabo

This property is wonderful. It’s clean, very nicely decorated, and in a great (gated) location. The owner is helpful and very accessible. The pool, spa and outdoor kitchen are a big plus. The internet was spotty and there wasn’t a lot of hot water but all in all, we had a terrific time.

Comfort, luxury and close to everything in Cabo

Casa Ron was the perfect getaway for our family of five. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home stocked with all the creature comforts. Thank you for a perfect week in Cabo. Our host, Ron, was also so very accommodating and responsive to our questions

Great for large groups/families

We rented the house for 4 adults and 2 kids and we loved how much space there was. Every room had it's own bathroom which was really nice and the rooms were quite. The pool was perfect for younger kids as it is about 3.5 feet deep which is also perfect for just lounging all day in the water. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants and a spa. We really enjoyed the stay.

Felt like home

Casa Ron was more then what we could have asked for, it was a group of 6 of us all young and we had a blast everything was a 10/10 we used Uber to get around wasn’t expensive at from casa Ron. Ron him self was quick to answer any of our questions he is a great professional host we’ll definitely be staying at casa Ron again.

Wonderful host

We had a great experience at Casa Coco! The full kitchen was wonderful, we loved the pool and fantastic views from every window/balcony. We had a few "hiccups" which were cleared up/fixed very promptly by the host. Would stay here again without any hesitation knowing we would be accommodated as if were family.

Surprise 50th birthday celebration

Coming from a world traveler, this place is a very nice property, a great location close to everything. I would come back and rent again. Ron was very helpful. Also, the pictures look just as advertised no surprises!

we enjoyed our stay at casa Ron easy access to cabo san lucas and beaches along the corridor. loved having the lawn chairs and boogie boards available for us to use. your idea to have a book available for renters with ideas on beaches,restaurants, and sites would be helpful. might be a good idea to give a hint on what to bring as far as shampoo, soaps and rinses, some places provide those and some not. The pool and hot tub were great. we would recommend this spot to our friends and family for future use..

Casa Ron is Amazing

Don’t hesitate to look at any other property. This casa is amazing and you won’t be disappointed! ☺️ You will experience every amenity you would experience in your own home while on vacation here in Cabo with an added bonus of security, serenity, peace and quiet, and a fantastic pool and jacuzzi. Ron was so welcoming and courteous during my entire stay. He recommended me plenty of places to eat, water sports, and shopping places for basic needs I needed to grab on the go to make this trip even more special for myself. Thank you Ron for everything and I can’t wait to return with my friends later on this year. You were a pleasure! 💜

Great stay at Casa Ron

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at Casa Ron! We had all of the kitchen utensils/amenities needed. The home was comfortable and had beautiful views. We especially loved sitting on the balcony outside of the master bedroom to eat dinner. The kids loved the pool!! It was perfect for them. Shallow enough for them to stand (ages 6, 6, and 8). We did go down to the beach in the neighborhood. It had quite the hill for the kids. They decided not to go back. However, it was beautiful!! We highly recommend staying here. Ron was easily accessible during our stay and was very helpful with questions on the house, restaurants, and heading into town.

Casa Coco

The house was really beautiful and comfortable and the location was perfect. We were one single adult, one couple, a 12 y.o. and a 14 y.o. and it was more than enough space for us. Only drawbacks were: (1) the hot tub doesn't work - I know the listing doesn't mention it, but having seen it in the photos, I assumed it did, (2) there was no bottled water at the house -- in a place where you cannot drink the tap water, this seems like something a host should provide, and (3) there were no toiletries - I don't know if VRBO customs are different in other countries but I am used to there always being shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms.

Cabo bello hits the spot

Great place. Some challenges. But it’s mexico. So all understandable. Property manager was very attentive. If not able to accomplish much because of circumstances. No jets in the jacuzzi no heat in the jacuzzi, no window coverings in the kitchen area which makes it overwhelming hot in the afternoons. No hot water in 2 out of 4 bathrooms , we made it work. Overall. The little annoyances are far eclipsed by the amazing property and the location. Would stay there again and again.

Great vacation at Casa Ron

We spent a week at Casa Ron and had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as pictured and everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The neighborhood beach was just a 10 minute walk and great for snorkeling. We even saw whales from the beach a couple of the mornings we were there. We shopped at Costco and Walmart for food and ate some dinners in and some out. The kitchen was very well stocked (including a blender for margaritas!) and we made use of the grill outside by the pool. We did a sunset dinner cruise which was probably the highlight of the trip. Ron was a great host. He was always quick to respond to any questions or issues that we had, both before and during our stay. The only suggestion I have would be to have some drinking water available upon arrival. (The cold beers were much appreciated though!) Hope to make it back for a return visit!

Perfect House in Cabo Bello

We came to Cabo on a couples trip and Casa Ron was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We had tons of room and didn't even use one of the bedrooms downstairs. The Cabo Bello neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and the house has everything one would need. We used the bbq in the backyard several times, and ate at the nearby Villa Serena restaurant for breakfast one morning. We rented a car from Cactus and everything went smoothly. The house is perfectly situated and it took us about 15 minutes to drive downtown (parked at Puerto Paraiso mall a few times - very cheap), 5 minutes to Costco or Walmart, and about 5-10 minutes heading the other direction to Playa Santa Maria and Playa Chileno. All four of us said it was so nice being able to head downtown when we wanted, but to be able to escape the crowds and noise each night. Ron was a pleasure to work with and always quick to respond with any questions we had (both before and during our vacation). If you're looking for a great house away from the resorts and crowds, but still close to downtown and the marina, Casa Ron is the place to stay.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood

Nicole's place was a charming palace with so many high-ceiling, spacious rooms and a gorgeous backyard with a stunning pool! The house is located in a nicely gated community and has a convenient store, café and a pharmacy, etc. within in a walking distance, as well as a huge grocery store across the street for all of your kitchen needs. Nicole is very transparent and highly communicative and was there for us every step of the way prior to the arrival date to answer all of our questions and concerns. Unfortunately, once we arrived at Casa Coco the anticipated construction (very rare) by the house was much louder than we were prepared for. Nicole was very sweet and sympathetic, and kindly let us cancel the rest of the nights even though it was past the deadline to modify/cancel our trips from our end through Vrbo. Even when I forgot some of my belongings after leaving the house, she had her staff leave the items at the front security for me to pick them up. We would love to return to enjoy the house another time - thank you for everything, Nicole!

Girls Trip 2024!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, unique home. We were very comfortable and the house was perfect for the five (could have slept 7 comfortably - 2 twin beds not used.) Couple of tips - bring bug spray! Mosquitos are I abundance, at least this time of the year. Also, there was some construction happening at the house across from us which made for a lot of noise during the work week. They only work a half day on Saturdays and are off Sundays. (Just something to prep for.) Also, bring some tide pods and dishwasher pods, they don’t have them here. They also only supply one roll of paper towels, so things you may want to consider buying more, as well as fresh sponge if you’re a weirdo like me! Otherwise, it was perfect and the store is so close that it easily accommodates our ability to walk to get whatever we need. The beach access is a true 10 minute walk. Heading down was easy, heading back was much harder being mostly uphill. Neighbors super friendly, lots of beautiful birds, lizards, wild cats…we even saw a snake, which was not poisonous. The property manager was VERY responsive the entire trip. Would definitely come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
