Housed in a restored traditional Norman bread oven, this small, independent cottage at the foot of the Scie Valley will charm you with its tranquility, flowers, and opportunities for hikes or simple strolls through the fields. Private, unfenced garden with a swing set and children’s toys. Secure bike and motorcycle shed. First floor: - living room, TV, fireplace, - kitchen area (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher), - small bathroom with shower and washing machine, - separate toilet, - 1 bedroom with a staircase leading to the upper floor: 1 double bed (130 cm) and 1 baby crib.
