Lakeview Condo minutes to Convention Center, Disney & Universal Studio

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting our great location near the pool, shops, Convention Center, Disney, and Universal. We’re very glad you enjoyed the area and appreciated our communication and hospitality during your stay. We sincerely apologize that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we are addressing your comments directly with our cleaning team to ensure higher standards moving forward. We are also reviewing several household items and appliances mentioned to continue improving the guest experience. As noted in our listing, starter supplies are provided upon arrival, but we understand every guest’s needs may vary during longer stays. We truly value your feedback as it helps us improve and better serve future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you and your family all the best.

Readers be aware!!!! The guest tried to stay for free and requested a full refund or we would be receiving a bad review. We sent our property manager to inspect the issues and could not verify a single claim for a refund. We declined the guest payoff request for a good review. Unfortunately, It seems this guest has delivered on their threats and left us a negative review. Unfortunately we do come across these situations from time to time . Hope this helps understanding the nature and background history of this baseless review

Thanks so much for being so clean and respectful during your stay in our home
