Naples Park

We had a great stay at Naples Park. The house was large, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We spent lots of time on the lovely lanai.Tracy was immediately available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Nice stay

It was a great house for my family. We loved the porch and the easy bike ride to the beach. The house was very clean and comfortable and the property managers were extremely responsive.

Great location to beach and walkable to two great restaurants

Nice size kitchen w eat in dining area although we enjoyed eating outside in the screened in Lanai w ceiling fans, lovely area for afternoon nap. Great location to walk to Two Filets restaurant, drive to Wiggins Beach w easy parking lot versus trying to park at Vanderbilt. You could walk to Trader Joes it's so close. Also Patio Cafe is great restaurant you can walk to for breakfast or lunch, dinner w happy hour. Owner provides bikes so that's another option. House looks better in person and is roomier . Master has huge walk in closet

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house. We really enjoy the screened in lanai and the backyard. The bed was very comfortable. It was great biking to the beach and around the neighborhood. Very safe and friendly area.

Short Vacation in warm weather

Everything worked out perfect, communication with Tracy was excellent and we had a great stay at location. Had to call Tracy regarding crib for my granddaughter and was brought over with-in 30 minutes. Very convenient location, ease to beach, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise

We had such a wonderful week in Florida! The house was so cute,clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! Tracy was great! Very prompt at returning messages. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and hope to stay here again!

Very Responsive - Great Host

House very clean and beds comfortable. Host provided four beach chairs, two bikes with locks, and beach towels. I would drive family to Vanderbilt Beach entrance and use one of the bikes to bike back. Parking garage was also available for $10 for the day. Neighborhood was great and minutes from restaurants and shopping.

Naples Fishing Trip

We went to Naples for a brief fishing trip, and this property more than fit the bill. After a couple of long days of fishing we especially enjoyed the patio and back yard to unwind in. A much better experience then staying in a Hotel. The house was very clean nicely laid out. The property owner, Tracy, also worked with us to allow us to check in early as our flight arrive in the early morning. I will definitely return on my next trip to the area.

Spacious in Naples Park

We stayed a month. Super clean. Well stocked. All the little things that you need, spices, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, pans and knives. We cooked a lot of meals and kitchen was better than most rentals. Lanai is roomy and comfy. Neighborhood is quiet and not well lit at night. Backyard is dark too. Very central. Hopefully Wiigins State Park reopens this year. Good supply of linens and towels. And beach gear and bikes. Would stay again and invite more people it was so roomy.

Charming Naples Park Home

My husband and I organized a family reunion in our favorite neighborhood in Naples in March, 2023. My husband and I rented 2 houses for our group. We stayed in this house and part of the time, my brother and his family joined us. The house was very clean and had comfortable beds. The back porch and back yard were absolutely our favorite part of the property. We ate most meals on the large screened in porch and admired the beautifully lit palm trees in the back yard. The owners provided an electronic dart board and a cornhole game complete with LED lighting. We had a blast playing both games. The property manager was very responsive to all my questions. She cares a lot about the renter's experience and made the experience even more positive. I highly recommend this property. As nice as the interior of the house is, you will absolutely love the outfoor spaces.

Amazing Host and Home

Tracey was sooo accommodating to our needs. The home was is the perfect location, very quiet and secured neighborhood. Updated and had enough space and amenities for just what we needed. I highly recommend this property!!

Gorgeous Home with all the Amenities of a 5 star Resort!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was impeccably clean, furnished beautifully with all new appliances and decor. The linens and beds provided were so comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood with only a short drive to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. We have stayed in multiple VRBO vacation homes, and this one by far exceeded our expectations!

Our stay in Naples Park

We had a great week. The house was super clean and the beds were comfortable. The host had plenty of room and the tvs were a nice addition. There were beach towels and bags we could use to take to the beach. The porch is huge! The house is super Beachy and updated! My kids loved using the bikes to go to Duncan donuts just up the street. The grocery store was super close and convenient!

Long Weekend Getaway - Warmth and Relaxation

Outstanding property More spacious than I thought - very clean and beautifully decorated. We had a rental car to travel from airport. Beach pass was added bonus. Participated in a Naples Culinary Walk that was excellent. Overall a perfect girls getaway with family and friends!!

Jewel of a find!

Just perfect. Clean and updated. The lanai and grounds so enjoyable. We pinched ourselves every day just to make sure we really had found such a great place. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We had no complaints whatsoever. We will visit again!

Excellent 10/10!

This property is wonderful & the host is excellent, we had a perfect stay. The house is immaculately clean, very nicely decorated, the mattresses are excellent quality and the pillows were fabulous! My husband and I are super fussy about pillows, we always travel with our own and needn’t have brought them on this stay, in fact I used the pillow provided by the host because it was even better than my own! Everything is new in the house and there was so many lovely unexpected extras like deck chairs to take to the beach, a new grill, games, and 2 bikes, and a state park pass for free entry to the state parks and parking. I would highly recommend staying at this property. It is located in a quiet well-kept neighborhood, with million dollar mansions just half a mile away. The location was perfect for us, just a couple of miles from the beach and 12 miles from old Naples shops, restaurants & the pier. I highly recommend booking this property, you will be very happy with your stay, We would definitely come back!
