It’s wonderful to know the golf cart and elevator were a big plus for your experience. We’re sorry to hear about the challenges with the 3rd floor temperature and the communication regarding your concerns. While we did respond promptly about the toilet seat, we noticed your later message about the other issues came in after 10 PM. As mentioned in our check-in instructions, we encourage guests to call us directly for any urgent matters, as our phone lines are available 24/7, while the VRBO portal is not monitored around the clock. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience! -Life in Paradise Team

Please know that we’re actively addressing this to ensure the home remains comfortable and safe for all our guests. Regarding the bathrooms, we wanted to highlight that there are two additional bathrooms in the house. These can be a convenient option to make things easier for larger groups like yours. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the beach gear credit. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. To qualify for the beach gear credit, there is a minimum stay requirement of three nights. Since you stayed for two nights, unfortunately, this benefit wasn’t applicable in your case. We apologize if this wasn’t clear in the listing or during the booking process. We understand how frustrating it must have been to see the beach gear being delivered for the next guest. If an owner decides to no longer participate in the program, and it is still listed on our website, we always honor it for our guests, which we believe was the situation with the next tenant. Our goal is to ensure every guest has a delightful experience with us. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will work diligently to ensure all information is accurate and clear moving forward. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out. We hope to welcome you back in the future with an even better experience. Warm regards, Life in Paradise Team
