We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, and the decorations are wonderful! The entire stay was perfect, and our granddaughter really loved the garage playroom. The communication from the host was also excellent. The home is extremely close to all the Disney parks, which makes it just perfect! Thank you!!

Spacious, Disney themed house was great for our entire family. Cleaning was the only negative point of our visit. One room smelled of urine and the host had the cleaners deep clean the carpet in that room the second day. Other areas that weren’t quite as clean as I would have liked were the bottom of the pantry and the playroom around the exterior wall. My recommendation is that someone besides the cleaning crew needs to inspect the house between guests to be sure guests are getting a top notch experience.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate your kind words about the house and are so happy to hear it was a great fit for your family. We also sincerely appreciate you letting us know about the concerns you experienced. As you mentioned, as soon as you reported the odor in the bedroom the day after your arrival, we immediately arranged for the carpet in that room to be professionally deep cleaned. We always encourage our guests to let us know right away if anything needs attention so we can address it as quickly as possible and help ensure they have the best possible stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the pantry and the game room. We wish we had known about those items during your stay, as we would have been happy to take care of them immediately as well. Your suggestion about performing an additional inspection between guests is valuable, and we will be incorporating it into our process to continue improving the experience we provide. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your visit and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back in the future.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear you found the property nice overall. We do want to share that our mattresses were replaced about a year ago and include pillow-top toppers, as we try to provide a more comfortable experience for our guests. We understand that mattress preferences can vary, and what feels comfortable can be different for each person. Regarding the furniture, we make every effort to keep the home well maintained and in great condition. As a vacation home that welcomes many families, normal use over time can sometimes show light wear, but we continuously care for and refresh the home to ensure a comfortable stay. We truly appreciate your comments and the opportunity to keep improving. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back in the future.

This was such a WONDERFUL place to stay for our Disney vacation! The house is beautiful and decorated so nicely! It really added a special touch for our kids' first time to Disney, especially since we weren't staying on property. The home was huge, clean, and the kids loved the play area and the pool! The resort is also beautifully maintained, and house is very close to the waterpark and community center. I 100% will try to rent this property again when we come back. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay somewhere special for their Disney adventure. Thank you so much for being awesome hosts!
