Screened in private inground pool with spa. Free Pool and spa heat at standard temps (pool 87 deg) (spa 102 deg) which is very comfortable. A daily fee of $25 will be required to heat the spa and pool above these temps.

Near end of cul-de-sac for extra parking! Only 3 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort. Adjacent to the new Margaritaville Resort and the home is also walking distance to the "Island Grove Wine Company" and vineyard.
