New Listing! 1 Bedroom, 2 full bathrooms in beautiful Puamana w/2 Paddleboards!

This home is located down an adorable street within the historic Puamana community. Its location is excellent being steps away from one of the 3 pools. Enjoy the relaxing lanai which includes a new outdoor sectional couch to relax on. Puamana is known for its private seasonal beach (we provide two beautiful paddle boards for your use!) and is in a gated community ideal for letting your kids scooter around or throw a football in the big mango field. Locals live in the community giving it a true Aloha experience. Plumeria, mangoes, bananas, and orange trees are scattered around making the smells and sights beautiful.
The unit includes one bedroom with a king size bed and a master bathroom. The other bed is a pull out sofa bed in the living room. There is an additional full bathroom for the guests sleeping on the sofa bed. This allows for so much more comfort than a typical hotel room! Be sure to walk a few steps to the ocean pool during sunset. After the sun has set enjoy the warm night on the lanai while watching the pool light up and seeing the stars!

Please note we allow up to 6 in our condo; however, we only have one King bed, one queen pull out sofa, one twin blow up mattress, and a nice couch on the lanai.

Stay in a tropical paradise!

This property is in a wonderful multigenerational community which has lots to offer. It is more beautiful than the pictures. You can really relax in this peaceful setting , and you are also very close to great food, amazing views ,excellent water adventures and beautiful hiking. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the property and the island. Camille answered all our questions. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful Stay!

There was a lot to love about this place! We found Puamana to be a safe, gated community, with plenty of open field space for our kids to explore and play. The Lahaina outlet stores and main beachfront were a short drive away. The condo was comfy and clean, with a full kitchen and a host of amenities to use during our trip. The condo was steps away from the garden pool and swing set. We walked to the ocean pool and club house everyday to catch the sunset. What a joy! Thanks Camille!!

Puamana is a dream neighborhood with basically a private beach a 5 minute bike ride from Lahaina

The house itself is not really that impressive. It is very basic accommodations, but you are paying for the location. The Puamana neighborhood is absolutely amazing! The ocean front pool, basically private beach, and ocean front gazebo were the main places we spent our time. The back patio is an amazing place to nap also. Walking the paddle boards down to the beach access was awesome. Very short walk and the boards were very stable, so even us mainlanders were able to get out and have fun on the water without having to deal with surf board rentals and transportation. There is also a surf break right there off the beach access so walking down to have a morning surf was a dream. We rented bikes from a guy in town and used that as our main form of transportation going to and from Lahaina, which was super cool and a very enjoyable ride. The only negative comment I have is that the back of the house is essentially all glass, which is cool. The problem is that you can see through the shades if you are behind the house, and there is a pool directly behind the house, so there are people back there basically all day. We happened to keep the small blankets from the airplane and used paper clips to hang them up on the bedroom shades and that worked for us. Overall that did not impact the stay, which is why I didn't take off any stars for that. This house is a great deal to stay in an amazing neighborhood where you can let your kids run around and have access to a beach that not a lot of people are hanging out on that aren't Puamana residents or visitors. If you want to stay in the tourist area but away from those beachfront condos and screaming children, this is your neighborhood.

Enjoyed all the extras

All of the extra amenities at the house really made this place a perfect rental. Loads of pool toys, beach chairs, and access to two stand up paddle boards saved us a ton of money. The house had lots of little extras inside including bakeware, spices, condiments, toiletries, and laundry soap. The proximity to the pool, ocean, and shopping I. Lahaina makes this a rental we will search out to stay in again!

We had to wait an hour to get in. One of the A/C units appeared not work. Other then these items, the place was nice. Next to the ocean. Ability to walk to Lahaina (about .8 miles)

Perfect spot for our family's first trip to Maui

We were so impressed by how calm and beautiful this neighborhood is. Other travelers and residents we interacted with were remarkably friendly and everyone seems to love this place. The kids spent about a million hours in the pool, which was so easy because it was right outside the back door. Owner was quick to respond to questions as we got settled in. The location allowed easy access to every part of West Maui. I'd go back here in a heartbeat.

Puamana (Lahaina) vacation

The house was well stocked with cooking essentials, utensils, pots and pans. Ketchup, mustard, mayo, butter, etc. There were 2 paddle boards and several boogie boards and a short walk to a beach to use them. The resort was quiet. We were able to see whales from the beach. It was a 1 mile walk into downtown Lahaina filled with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and tourist activities. I would definitely choose to stay at this place again. It was a great vacation. There were 2 airconditioners in the 2 rooms, but it was very comfortable just using them as fans and leaving the screened windows open. The description says it sleeps 6, but I think it should say only 4. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. There are inflatable mattresses in the closet, so you could sleep 6 in a pinch.

Stay of Bliss

I LOVED my stay here. The community of Puamana is delightful.. a safe gated community.. with multiple pools and multiple beach access points. The house itself is so quaint and has everything I needed! Beach toys / chairs / umbrellas and snorkel gear included. Camille is such a kind host! Quick responses and consistently asked if there was anything more that can be done! This was a solo trip for me, so I cannot speak to the sofa bed. But the bed was SO comfy, as were all the pillows! Cannot recommend enough! Want to book here again soon!

Great place!

This was a clean, well furnished condo in beautiful Puamana. The community offers a pools, beach access, and tennis and pickle ball courts. It is a short walk to downtown and has everything you would want your stay in Maui!
