Kapalua Golf Villa 21V1 is a beautiful, open concept, 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom property with panoramic views from virtually every angle. Relax and enjoy the spacious lanai, perfect for morning coffee and sunset dinners. In the living area, you will find a flat screen TV, Hawaiian inspired decor throughout, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen is just steps away and comes with everything you might need to make all your meals in house. Enjoy full size appliances and granite countertops with views you will not forget! There is a convenient half bathroom right off the kitchen. Step inside the serene and tranquil bedroom and you'll find a luxurious King size bed, flat screen TV and access to another private lanai. It's the perfect spot to kick back and relax with your favorite book. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower. Stay cool in this villa with central air conditioning and also enjoy use of a washer and dryer inside the villa. Cable and free Wi-Fi are provided.

Great view and location are the main things this unit has going for it. IMO unit is a bit dated, and is due for some TLC. We had an issue with ants that the property manager took care of promptly.

It was very dirty. Also they stated it was remodeled. I would like to know what was remodeled. Everything looked like it was the original design years ago. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling apart, the rug was original and filthy. The owners should be embarrassed with the condition of their rental property.

Beautiful location

We have stayed in the Kapalua area many times for over 30 years and always enjoy every trip. The proximity to world class beaches is fantastic. On this trip, our condo was a good value and clean with lots of amenities. Additionally, it’s a short walk to beaches, restaurants, and the Kapalua Coastal Trail. We recommend the condo.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Spacious accommodations and all you need is there. The view is even better than picture shows......nice area. Only suggestion is to add a larger frying pan.

Five Star place in a perfect location

The apartment was even better in person. The location was ideal. You are a short drive or walk to the best beaches and restaurants in Maui. But you are far enough away to have a relaxing and quiet nights sleep.. The view was gorgeous. The property was well managed. They have everything you need, just show up with some bathing suits and you ready to go.

Great View

The golf villa was perfect for an extended weekend with a gorgeous view of the sunset and ocean every night. Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for meal prep and dining in. A really nice touch was having high quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs (4), umbrella and cooler for enjoying the beach. MyPerfectStays was a great host who effectively communicated at each step of the process and made the rental experience stress-free.

Never Disappointing

Our stay was the last week of a 3-week trip. Spent the first two on the Big Island then sent kids home and finished up dessert here at Kapalua and "Perfect Stays" in 21V1. Have spent time in this complex before and it never disappoints. Location and view was fabulous. Unit was clean and delightful, and if there was a complaint it was the TV instructions were too complicated for these old people. Why are we watching TV anyway. Of course, will be back.

Come for View, Stay for the Location

The Villa is as good or better than everyone else has stated previously. The views are amazing, even though you are about 1/2 mile from the ocean, it feels much closer. Watching the sunset from the lanai each night was so relaxing. We took our beach chairs, towels, and ice chest and walked down to Nipali or Kapalua beach almost every day. We also took advantage of the hiking the Kapalua Coast Trail as well as other nearby trails. The location was perfect. We are already talking about returning to this beautiful location and condo. You will not be disappointed if you do.

Very Noisy and Expensive!

The property is VERY noisy. Everyday there are gardeners mowing, blowing, etc. And it all starts very early. I believe a unit below us was being cleaned or something and we listened to a generator ALL DAY LONG. I have video proof. The screen door on the unit fell off track every time it was opened. The white drapes in the bedroom prevented a good night’s sleep as any time a car drove down the driveway their headlights shone directly into the bedroom. The balcony was lovely but overcrowded with furniture so it was hard to move around. There were a couple of beetles crawling around in one of the vanity drawers. Owner should provide guests with darker bath towels so she doesn’t have to worry about the possibility of stains on her “white” towels. That would be a better solution than threatening guests with an additional charge if they get stained somehow. There was no bar soap provided for second bathroom but I had some with me so that worked out. There were literal strippers at one of the small pools we were laying at and we had to contact the property manager but not sure how that resolved as we left the pool area rather than stay there and watch. I have photos of that too in case owner wants proof. It had a nice far off view of the water and a short walk to the beach. Lots of nice walking around the general area where property was located. It was expensive but probably what the market bears. I’m not sure I would stay at that property again.

As this property is located right on the golf course, there is a fair amount of landscaping maintenance that occurs on a daily basis. We have hosted many guests in this unit and this is the first we have heard of excessive noise. Our team will be evaluating the screen door and other maintenance items mentioned in this review prior to our next arrival. We have spoken with the on site management at this property and can confirm that the "strippers" mentioned in this review were actually other guests staying at this property and following all pool rules.
