Comfortable at every turn, this condo has plenty of space for your group to enjoy the great outdoors! Take in the fresh air on the furnished balcony, or warm up next to the pellet fireplace inside. Break out the board games for a fun post-lake wind-down. There's another deck-style balcony just off the full kitchen, which features full-size appliances, including a French door fridge, luxurious cabinets, plenty of counter space, and a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar. The private gas grill outside can take care of the main course! One bedroom features a desk workspace if you still have some remote work to wrap up.

Things to Know
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
WiFi speed will be affected by the number of people in town. When the population is low, WiFi is high-speed.
In winter, chains or a 4x4 vehicle will be required, depending on the weather. Please check road conditions in the winter months to see if they are needed. Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories during winter storms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
