Inside, this gem will spoil even the most design-oriented guests with contemporary furnishings, modern decor, and an open layout perfect for entertaining. The upper level will be the hub for gathering together for movie nights in the airy living room as everyone kicks back on the sectional. The vaulted ceilings and walls of windows create a bright ambiance that everyone will love. The cooks of the group will have no trouble feeling right at home in the full kitchen outfitted with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a deep sink, and plenty of cookware. Extra perks include fast WiFi, streaming capabilities on each TV, and a gas fireplace.

I’d give this 3.5 stars if I could. Overall great location, nice place, and the view is breathtaking. The main issues are the lack of communication and lack of effort in cleaning. One of the comforters had crusted white stains right on top and very easy to see. Thankfully there were plenty of extra blankets in the closets that looked clean. There were also empty chips bags under the couch, jets in the tub were stained pink (didn’t use because of that), and dusty side tables. The remainder of the place was clean. Finally communication was lacking, I would hear back 1-2 full days after messaging and had a fire alarm go off that we couldn’t stop and I was on hold for 10 minutes and no one replied to messages. Eventually the fire department showed up and helped but I couldn’t get in contact with anyone managing this unit before hand. It’s really unfortunate because truly with a little more effort this would be a 5 star stay for sure! I LOVED sitting at the window with my coffee and enjoying the view every morning.

Unfortunately, this property was not accurately disclosed and did not meet basic safety or comfort expectations, especially for families with children or elderly guests.The listing does not clearly explain that the home is located several floors down with multiple flights of stairs and no alternative access. This was a major issue for us, as we were traveling with an 80-year-old adult. The access was extremely difficult and unsafe, and our grandfather had multiple problems going up and down the stairs and even fell during our stay. We do not recommend this property for elderly guests or children.In addition, the property was not clean upon arrival. The kitchen sink had a strong, unpleasant odor, similar to old fish or poor drainage, indicating it had not been properly cleaned.The beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely low quality, offering no real support or comfort.The home is very dark due to its location at the bottom level, with almost no natural sunlight. The interior lighting system is outdated and insufficient, making the house poorly lit overall. This lack of lighting made the stay even more challenging and unsafe with an elderly person.The washer and dryer are very old and did not function properly. They were extremely noisy and inefficient, clearly in need of replacement or proper maintenance.Overall, this property requires significant investment and updates to justify the price. Host was very accommodating, and the stay was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the fireplace and warm home. Parking was a bit confusing and difficult but the host was quick to respond.

Get Your Steps at this Incline Village Lakeview Beauty

My sister and I took my mom to this property for her 75th birthday. It was beautiful, comfortable and clean. We didn't realize it has 36 steps (our oversight since it was in the description), so just be ready for some mountain cardio. The two decks were great for morning coffee and breakfast, the kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the beds were comfortable. Nice having three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had some challenges with the responsiveness of the property management, or I would rate higher. Overall a wonderful stay.

Wonderful views

Our family of four so enjoyed staying at this condo. It is beautiful, well stocked, comfortable, and in the best area of Tahoe. The views are even better than the photos - there are 2 patios to enjoy it from! There are about 3 flights of stairs to navigate so be mindful of that. We would love to visit again! A magical and beautiful place!

Stairway to Heaven

This condo has a lot of stairs! My wife and I are seniors but we got used to them fast. The interior is very clean, up to date, and has a great vibe. The views of Lake Tahoe from every room are picture perfect. For the money, this is one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Modern, Cozy and beautiful views

Wonderful place. Very clean. Close to grocery stores and ski slopes. Lots of dishes and all amenities. Quiet neighborhood and very tranquil. Loved our stay and would love to be able to visit again

Stairs, stairs, and more stairs

Fantastic view, up-to-date amenities, but be ready to go down 37 stairs just to get to the front door. Once you get inside, more stairs to get to the living room, more stairs to the bathroom, more stairs to the bedrooms. If stairs aren’t a problem for you, this is a great place.

Great place!

We really enjoyed this place. The living room was very spacious. The views were amazing. The place was quiet. Yes, there were quite a few stairs but I think that most people come to Tahoe to be outdoors and be active. A few stairs up and down is just a little more exercise.

Lovely condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and check in was a breeze with the door lock being electronic. The home was very clean upon arrival and well setup for our family gathering. Parking is tough if you have more than one vehicle and be sure to read that this condo is on the lower floor with about 35 stairs to get to it. But that didn’t take away from our stay and would definitely stay again, especially given the location to so many amenities.
