Located in Landmark Resort and has a DIRECT OCEANFRONT view! This condo has recently been remodeled. It has 2 queen beds in the bedroom and a murphy bed (sleeps up to 6). This condo is perfect for getaways with a full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink in the kitchen area. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Landmark Resort! Appointed with a refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathroom are included in this condo.

Heated pools, Indoor pools, and a private balcony and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located in the central part of Myrtle Beach, enjoy the ocean view from your private balcony or relax in the beachfront pool! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a spacious pool deck, and social areas. Indoor pool with hot tubs that have a great view of the ocean. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI!

Note: This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located in the back of the property; and no access to 40-foot-tall waterpark! There is also no access to the onsite Starbucks, food, and bar at the pool and mini-golf.

Note: Spa 1 is closed due to aesthetic chase above the spa needing to be removed.
Spa 2,3, and 4 are closed for leak detection.

Beautiful view. Nice room.

This was a great get away for just me. I enjoyed the room and the view. Only real complaint was that the balcony was overrun with pigeon poop when I got there. A call to the listing agent and it was cleaned within 24 hours. A few very minor fixes needed, but I was there in off season and that is the time owners do their improvements. I was very happy with the unit and it served my needs for refreshing my spirit.

Overall great stay

Room was clean only problem hotel is bad for birds on the balcony. Hotel wouldn’t allow me to use there bar since I didn’t book through them besides that great would stay again!!!!

Disgusting

The resort is disgusting! Needs updating! Needs better direction within the resort, as it’sa made of elevators & hallways. Our porch/deck was disgusting with pigeons & crap all over. Couldn’t enjoy the porch facing the ocean. There are solutions for birds, so this wouldn’t be an issue. TV didn’t work properly, have to fix it yourself, really? Just plain disgusting!!!

Horrible experience!

We left after spending only one day there. It was not a good experience at all, but due to the owners no refund policy, we realized it wouldn't do any good to contact them. This was our anniversary trip. When we arrived, the condo was filthy. We had to wipe our feet off before we could even get into bed or walked across the floor. SO much sand. We didn't discover that until it was time to go to bed and it was late so I didn't contact the owner. What maid would come in the middle of the night anyway? The pillows on the bed were not comfortable and only about an inch thick when you lay on them. They were more like the cushions you put in chairs they were that thin. The comforters online is NOT what is on the bed, they had some cheap ones on them instead. The comforters online are much nicer looking. The drop down bed in the living room had no sheets at all on it. The worse part of all was outside in the balcony area, there was bird poop all on the balcony, on the floor, on top of the a/c unit and above the window. I don't know who you use to clean your unit, but this stuff has been collecting there for some time now. It was gross and we couldn't even enjoy sitting out there as well. That was my last straw and didn't even want to stay there anymore. We left the next morning and didn't take a shower because why would we if we got out and stepped on sand? With a non-refundable stay, I told my husband we had paid the money and would lose it, but I couldn't see being miserable for the whole number of days we booked this unit. We left the next morning and I was so disappointed and I feel like our anniversary was ruined because of this. Yes, we could've contacted the owners, but we were so turned off by this time, I didn't want to stay there any longer (my skin was crawling) and perhaps see anything else that needed attention as well. Sorry, it was just extremely disappointing to me. I've booked many vacations through VRBO and this one was by far the worst.

Clean and nice location, but had numerious irritations that detracted greatly from stay.

Location was great. The room was clean and overall in decent shape. However, there were numerous issues that were frustrating. As an example.of room issues: due to family food allergies, we needed to cook our meals in the room rather than eat out. The stove and microwave did not work well, which made meal preparation difficult. The most frustrating aspect of the resort itself was the elevators were insufficient in quantity and many were out of service. It took almost an hour to get our stuff from the car to the room due to waiting for an available elevator.

This unit has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, LCD TVs, and direct views of the ocean! Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area and sun deck are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!
