Family friendly beautiful single home walking distance to airport and 5 minute away from Chris Greene Lake which is absolutely wonderful park! Obviously the lake is a huge attraction, swimming, boating/kayaking/rafting, fishing and so much more. .
If your looking for a very comfortable house to stay in Charlottesville or visiting friends and family, this is the house for you.

2,500 sq ft house. A gem for not being far from Charlottesville Down town. located in , Virginia, 2 minutes away from Hollymead shopping center. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

House will sleep up to 8 people, 3 bedrooms, huge living room, 2 full bathrooms, 1king, 1 queen,1 full, 2 sofa beds, and 1 bunk bed. House has central heat and air. All linens provided, fully stocked kitchen including dishes, washer and dryer, 4 hdtv's and high speed wifi. Completely fenced in backyard.

Deceptively nice and large house for multiple guests. Quiet neighborhood close to many shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed having the 3 bedrooms for our own space. Steep driveway, but garage parking in the rain was wonderful.

The house was spotless when we arrived. The host was very responsive to messages. We did not have any conflicts with the airport being close. We didn't even notice the sounds of the airport. We were also very close to different shops and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how much space the house had! The biggest “downfall” (if I had to look for one) is how steep the driveway is. We opted to park in the street because of that but not a big deal.

We stayed during UVA's graduation weekend. The price was higher for that weekend than normal pricing but an excellent value compared to hotels. There was little need for communication with host but I did call to ask about early check in and she was extremely responsive and helpful. The house is spacious and very comfortably accommodated our family. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. One little quirk we discovered is the dishwasher requires turning on a switch at counter height. It looks like the garage used to be some sort of game room, which has since been removed. Made no difference to us as we were busy with graduation festivities. We did take a walk before leaving though and found the neighborhood to feel safe and quite friendly. Would stay here again.

Easy check in. However, dirty (soiled) towel left in bedroom drawer. Television was not working in main room or bedroom. The NCAA final 4 tournament was what we planned to watch that night and owner would not make any realistic compensation for not being able to use tv at all.

After our professional cleaning team completes each turnover, I personally inspect the home to ensure everything is clean and in proper condition. At the time of your arrival, no soiled towels were found in the bedroom or elsewhere. Regarding the TV issue, we responded promptly when you contacted us and arranged for a technician to assist. It was determined that the issue was not related to the home or our equipment, but rather a temporary service outage affecting the neighborhood at that time. The home’s internet and TV systems were functioning properly, and unfortunately this was outside of our control. I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given your plans to watch the NCAA Final Four. We did our best to address the situation and explained the circumstances during your stay. We always strive to provide a comfortable experience and appreciate all feedback.

Very nice house, very clean, and had everything we needed.

We were in town for a few days and this house was perfect. Clean and spacious, and close enough to everything we wanted and needed to see.

Incredible house!

We stayed here for a chill bachelorette party. The location was convenient — close to town and a quick drive to wineries. It is super spacious — we had plenty of room for 8 people and nice common spaces. Would definitely stay again!

Number of beds included a child-sized loft (NOT adult-sized, not mentioned in listing and NOT accessible by an adult).Limited amenities: no paper towels, no tissues, old, clumpy dishwasher detergent. A truck was left in the driveway and inquiries to the owner were un-answered. Recomendation:Add folding luggage racks in bedrooms.

I had a great stay at this rental house. The place was very clean and well-organized, which made it super comfortable from the start.
