The closure aims to restore the severely stressed turf, particularly on the Plantation Course, home to the PGA Tour's Sentry Tournament. Water restrictions were recently eased, but the prior total cutoff caused significant damage. The resort's management is working to ensure the courses are playable for the Sentry Tournament in January 2026. **

Kapalua Bay Villa 12G4 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawai'i, providing concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
