We did offer to send someone back out but you let us know that you had already cleaned it up. We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experiences anytime they stay with us. We’re sorry that your experience fell short of the commitment to excellence that is our trademark standard. Our guest’s feedback is incredibly valuable to us as it only helps to make us truly A Stay Above The Rest! We thank you for allowing us to host you and look forward to doing it again soon!

Hi Sharon! Thank you so much for your lovely review and we are delighted that we were able to assist your husband and his mom in such a stressful time! We know how inconvenient and worrisome it can be to have AC issues, especially in the middle of a Texas summer! We appreciate your kind words about our management team too; we always strive for quick and efficient communication with our guests. We take great pride in ensuring that all of our properties are fully equipped with everything our guests need for a comfortable and convenient stay, and we're glad to hear that this was reflected in your experience. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Hi Kirsten, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the Wi-Fi issues and appreciate you allowing us to troubleshoot the problem. Furthermore, we apologize for the confusion regarding your early check-in and have taken measures to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future. Despite these issues, we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the home and its location. We look forward to having the pleasure of hosting you again soon!

Thank you so much for your review! It's fantastic to hear that you found our home so comfortable and well-equipped! We do love making sure our guest have what they need, and more! It's also completely understandable that you'd want to feel completely at ease in your surroundings. It sounds like you've got a great plan for your next visit to Austin, balancing the best of both worlds! We do have other properties to explore, and hope to host you again in the future!

Thank you so much for this wonderful 5-star review! We love hearing that your family got to enjoy quality time together and that the living areas were spacious enough! We are so excited that all of all winterization efforts kept you comfortable and worry-free, and that you were able to also enjoy the delightful fire outside! The pork chops sound wonderful, we are happy to hear the weather didn't dampen any cooking plans! We would love to host you again!

Hi Paul! We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us! We love to hear when our guests enjoy the many amenities provided as your comfort is our ultimate goal! We strive to make your stay with us truly feel like a home away from home so that you can focus on having a stress-free, memorable vacation with friends and family! We do apologize for the condition of the yard and Airstream deck but we did have quite a few storms during that time which thwarted our best efforts to keep those areas clean. We assure you that the neighborhood is safe and Oak Grove is one of our most popular homes. We recently acquired a new trash service to take the trash cans to and from the curb for the trash service so as not to disturb our guests but thank you for bringing this to our attention and we will let them know that it is perfectly fine to interact with our guests should they be out and about while they are there. We value our guests feedback for without that, we would be unable to continue to grow and provide the best experience for our guests, so thank you for bringing this to our attention. It was a pleasure hosting you and we hope to do so again soon!

Thank you so much for the 5-Star review! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! We thank you for allowing us to host you, and we cannot wait to have you back again!
