Seacrest 601b - Low Frills 6th Floor Beachfront -Free Seasonal Beach Service!

This 6th floor unit has new flooring and appliances but is still in need of updating bathrooms, kitchen countertops and cabinets and is priced accordingly. It is comfortably decorated and located directly on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views of the Emerald Coast and directly above the pool. The living room opens to a private balcony that offer spectacular westerly views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condominium is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher and 12 cup coffee pot. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, cable TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and cable TV. There is also a guest bathroom off the hallway. An adjoining studio lockout unit is available if your party requires an extra bedroom and bathroom. This condominium is equipped with free wifi, a washer and dryer, and all linens and towel are provided for your convenience. Seacrest offers an indoor/outdoor (seasonally heated) pool, a grill area, a fitness center and a tennis and basketball court to please the most active of lifestyles!

Not the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very banged up . Perks of this condo was the location but it was very outdated, the door of the dryer would not stay closed enought to dry clothes,The TV in the living room didn’t work when we got there and continuously went out. The kitchen was not clean I had to re clean it. I’ve debated on this review but the more I think about it the more disappointed that I was . Also the beach chair company said we didn’t have chairs and this was included in the rental. The rental company was very rude.

Fantastic place in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Seacrest. Six of us, including an 11 year old and a15 year old. Beach access is easy. Beach is white sugary sand. Management company is easy to deal with and very responsive.

The only issue I had was having to walk so far from the elevator, but that was the price I had to pay for such a nice view at the end of the building.

Great view & proximity to beach & restaurants

This trip was all about seeing extended family and relaxing time on the beach - both were accomplished well. My only negative is that these condos are beginning to show their age and are in desperate need of an upgrade. I was in these condos right after they were built, and this condo still has the original construction grade white countertops and cabinets. Please remodel!!

Just replaced all appliances. Living room furniture i hope is next. Had some minor maintenance issues which the important ones were immediately address, i agreed others were minor and would not hinder our stay. Kitchen utensils were newer, however needed a pizza/cookie sheet. Overall i give it a 5.

Family vacation

Condo unit meet all our family needs. Clean, comfortable with excellent beach access. The one question we had during our stay was answered very quickly. Will definitely use again for future vacations.

Everything was amazing

Everything looked exactly like the pictures! Only down side is not having an elevator on the side of the building where we stayed (I don’t like being up high and walking across) but that’s not enough to take a star. We loved the place though.

Fun family trip
