Welcome to Sandal Escape, a spacious 6-bedroom waterfront retreat where mornings begin on the dock, afternoons are made for the private pool and evenings bring everyone together under the Florida Keys sky.



Located in the heart of Marathon, this dog-friendly canal-front home is perfect for families, friends and boating groups looking for the complete Keys experience. Bring the boat, bring the dogs and settle in—your private pool, 75' of waterfront and generous dockage are waiting just outside your door.



WATERFRONT LIVING & PRIVATE POOL



Step into the backyard and vacation mode comes naturally. Cool off in the private saltwater pool, relax in the sunshine, fire up the grill or unwind beside the canal after a day exploring the Keys.



Boaters will love the 75' of waterfront and private dockage with convenient Atlantic access. Head out for a morning of fishing, cruise the surrounding waters or explore Marathon by boat. A bait freezer and ice machine add extra convenience for days on the water.



Prefer the beach? Sombrero and Coco Plum Beaches are approximately 3.8 miles away, and beautiful Bahia Honda State Park is approximately 14.9 miles from the home.



ROOM FOR EVERYONE



Inside, Sandal Escape provides plenty of space for your group to gather and recharge. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen, relax together in the living room or retreat to one of the comfortable bedrooms after a day in the sun.



Five bedrooms are located within the main home. The sixth bedroom is a private first-floor apartment with its own exterior entrance, queen bed and en-suite bathroom. There is no interior access between this room and the main house, making it ideal for guests who appreciate extra privacy.

IMPORTANT POLICIES



7-NIGHT MINIMUM: City of Marathon zoning requires a minimum rental period of 7 nights. No exceptions can be made.



AGE & OCCUPANCY: Booking tenant must be 25+ and occupy the property throughout the stay. Vacation rental use only; worker housing is prohibited.



PET POLICY: Up to 3 friendly, well-behaved dogs weighing 80 lbs. or less each may be considered with a $30/night pet fee. All guests must complete BetterPet Passport after booking, whether bringing a pet, requesting an assistance-animal accommodation or confirming no animal.



SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.



MID-STAY CLEANING: Stays of 28+ nights may require a mid-stay cleaning, with additional cleanings every 28 nights thereafter. Charges are collected separately.



BOATING & DOCKAGE: Guests are responsible for confirming their vessel can safely navigate local waters, access the canal and fit the available dockage. Bridges, tides, depths and conditions vary.



PARKING: Maximum 4 vehicles, including boat trailers. RVs are not permitted.



WILDLIFE: The Florida Keys are a tropical environment with insects, reptiles and other wildlife. Routine pest control is provided, but complete elimination is not possible.



CONSTRUCTION: Nearby construction, renovations or roadwork may occur without prior notice.



SECURITY CAMERAS: Four exterior security cameras monitor the front door and both sides of the property. Cameras do not monitor private interior or outdoor living spaces.
