5 STAR! Ranch on Fairway 3 at Apple Valley!

Enjoy our newly renovated ranch located on fairway three of Apple Valley Golf Course. It offers beautiful views of the Golf Club House and course. Rather you are staying during the golf season or not the views are spectacular all year round. The home offers an open floor plan with a large kitchen and great room that are fully furnished to your heart's desire. The primary bedroom offers a king split adjustable bed with remotes, fireplace, smart TV, ceiling fan, full bath, and a deck overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom offers two twin XL beds that can be converted into a king at your request, smart TV, ceiling fan and a built in desk. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and fan. We do have a queen air mattress that can be set up to accommodate up to 8 adult guests, or feel free to snuggle up on the enormous sectional/sofa in the great room in front of the fireplace. There are smart TV’s in the house that are ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services. Have fun playing darts, cards, poker, board games, etc. that are provided in the house. At night the gas fire pit is a great way to end your day and don’t forget to look up at the stars, they are breathtaking!

Great Ohio Get Away

We found this location four years ago and have stayed annually ever since. Updated and very clean with all the comforts of home. The owners clearly take great pride in their property.

Wonderful Visit

Such an easy check in process with the owner. All questions beforehand were answered quickly. All necessary items inside the house and very clean and was a great weekend stay!

Such a great relaxing weekend. This house has everything you need like your own kitchen. Super clean and updated! Mark was great communicator. Would come again. Played golf the last day. Great for golf trip.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ranch at Fairway Three. The host did an excellent job communicating throughout the process and ensuring our stay was perfect. The house was spacious and comfortable and set up with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The decor is updated with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed eating at local restaurants in Mt. Vernon and hiking nearby trails. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you, Mark, for making our stay so memorable!

Golf Getaway

Perfect house for a short golf trip at Apple Valley. They have tiny condos right next to the golf course that are actually higher in price than this roomy house right on the 3rd fairway. Will definitely look to book this house next year, as all the fellas enjoyed the house and the golf course.

Reunion

Property was beautiful. House was very clean and anything that was needed was provided. Only issue I had was the bedding. Pillows were not comfortable (everyone has different desire in fluffy/hard). Maybe a variety of each would have been better.

#3 Fairway

Four of us did a couple of days on the golf course and the house was perfectly suited to our needs: the place was spacious and had a great kitchen for the breakfast and dinners we made, the back deck was very pleasurable to sit upon and watch other golfers go by (the frustration and swearing of them, making me feel like I'm not alone), the sleeping quarters gave each one of us a bed and the beds we most comfortable, combined with the family room/kitchen where we lounged on the monster couch while shooting the breeze and listening to music. i would highly recommend the #3 Fairway as a great place for a golf weekend, or any other getaway, and Mark, the property owner made it all so easy and was fast to respond to questions. We're looking forward to staying here again next year! The review gives no more information on the property location than the website does. My review mentions the 3rd fairway and the description on the VRBO site, says 5-star house on 3rd fairway...what's the difference? neither one discloses the exact location and there's probably 20-house on the 3rd fairway.

Fantastic Place to Stay

The pictures showed the house "fantastically." It is a wonderful place to stay. The view from the deck(s) and the patios overlooking the golf course is beautiful. But it's not just the awesome house. The hosts paid attention to details, personalizing our stay and it was the little details that made our stay extra nice!

Fantastic Property

We always enjoy staying at this location. We have stayed here the last three years while visiting Kenyon College and I am sure this is one of the best in the area. The owners play attention to every detail and the house is extremely well kept and nicely renovated. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the Mount Vernon / Gambier area. You won't be disappointed.

Best house ever!!

This is a beautifully appointed home with very comfortable beds! I was a little hesitant because we were visiting our son at Kenyon and we felt this was a little far but it's perfect. The home is situated in a way that you're unaware of anything around you and you just focus on the incredible views and the fantastic gas fire place and the wonderful time spent with family. It's very roomy and the kitchen is very well equipped. We'll definitely be booking here again.

Girls golf weekend best vrbo on the course

Exceptional property, everything seemed brand new. Very clean with fluffy towels and linens. Kitchen had all the extras we needed, coffee maker, toaster, and cutlery. Grill on the patio and table on the deck where we enjoyed dinner and watching golfers. We all voted this the best vrbo and are planning another trip back to Apple Valley. Can't even think of anything else this place could have provided that would make it any better. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful Weekend Stay

Perfect Home away from Home

This property was even better than described by the owner. My husband and I travel a lot for work and pleasure and this was truly one of the best we have stayed. The property was immaculately clean and the master bed was more comfortable than my own:). Mark was very responsive and thorough with check in instructions. You won’t be disappointed with this rental.

Happy Valley

This home in Apple Valley is a treasure. So completely remodeled and furnished it looks and feels like a brand new home. The owner had welcoming gifts and notes, ideas for activities and recommendations. The communication with him was wonderful. The home is immaculate, with added touches in every room. The kitchen is truly equipped with everything you need. The deck has a gas fire pit and grill. The view of the golf course is beautiful, peaceful and serene. This is easily the best experience we have had in renting homes and highly recommend it.
