Large exposed stone house of 200 m², completely renovated, can accommodate 11 people (+ young children), with garden of 500 m² without vis-à-vis, quiet set back from the street and close to the town centre.

RENTAL JULY-AUGUST: by the week.

Shops within walking distance: bakery, grocery store, restaurant, pizza machine 24 hours a day.

- bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90 cm (but twin so you can choose a configuration as you wish while remaining in optimal comfort),
- bedroom 3: 2 beds of 90 cm (but can be twinned allowing you to choose a configuration as you wish while remaining in optimal comfort),
- bedroom 4: 1 queen-size bed of 160 cm + 1 bed of 80 cm,
- bedroom 5: 1 queen-size bed of 160 cm.
- bathroom with 2 sinks, large walk-in shower and bath,
- 1 separate toilet.

PRIVATE outdoor space:
- enclosed and fenced enclosed garden of 500 m²,
- large terrace of 60 m² in a quiet area without vis-à-vis with garden table for 12 people, large parasols, garden furniture, plancha,
- small children's playground: slide, swing, playhouse,
- possibility to park 5 vehicles in the path and courtyard of the house (closed by a gate).

Traveller access
You will have access to all the rooms of the accommodation as well as its garden.

Please note: a small accommodation adjoining the house (with independent entrance and no access to the garden of the house) is currently occupied by a family of 3 people.

Additional information:
- BED LINEN AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED. Only dish towels/hand towels and bathroom mats are provided. Duvets and pillows are available.
- Non-smoking house inside (ashtrays available outside.
- The place does not allow any festive evening or bachelorette party,
- Our animal friends are not accepted,
- Family atmosphere and respectful of its neighborhood, after 10 p.m., we will ask you to stay in a minimum volume volume.
