20 minutes from Rennes, this large house offers a warm, friendly and authentic setting, in the countryside, while remaining easily accessible from Rennes, Vitré and Fougères.

The XXL Boarding School is composed of several independent accommodation spaces, It can accommodate up to 27 people while maintaining a certain autonomy within the group.

The historic heart of the Boarding School brings together three emblematic spaces: The Cabinet of Letters, The Observatory of Dreams and The Tower of Knowledge.

Together, they offer 7 rooms for 15 people, furnished in a spirit inspired by the former boarding school, combining character, comfort and functionality.
