Lovely private home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Burnsville. Your family will enjoy all the amenities this home offers, newly renovated basement, fenced in back yard and much more. Please inquire for more information! Each bedroom has a smart tv and black out curtains for a restful sleep.

Cameras:
We do have 3 cameras on site for your safety and ours. 1 located in the front of the house overlooking the drive way and 2 in the back of the house overlooking the pool and side of the home. These cameras are activity recording at all times for everyones safety. Please reach out to us if you need further information regarding this.

Here are the house rules for your reference:

1. Neighborhood- there is a noise ordinance from the hours of 10 pm- 7 am in Burnsville. Please be respectful of this quiet time in our community.

2. Make sure to turn off lights and electronics when not in use or when you leave the house.

3. Please remove your shoes in the home at all times.

4. Smoking of any substance is not allowed in the house/garage. You can smoke outside on the deck. Please discard your cigarette butts

5. Pets are allowed upon approval and there will be a non-refundable pet fee.( please clean up after your pets) Please message me for details.

6. Parties OF ANY KIND will not be tolerated. Police will be called and you will leave the property with no refund.

7. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher and start prior to checkout
(pods provided under the sink)

8. Please put all dirty and wet towels in the washing machine(start washing machine)

9. Extra Guests are not allowed at the home with out writing approval! Extra guests WILL BE subject to a $50 per guest fee and asked to leave the property. ( if your planning extra guests please reach out for approval)

10. We ask that you please return the home as you found it.

11. If any of the house rules are not followed it can result in removal from the property with no refund
