This property has a basement that was built and soundproofed for a band to practice in. Currently, the basement has now been turned into a game room with a regulation-size pool table, record player, and stylish seating! If soaking up the California sun is something on your to-do list, you will find the private outdoor pool and spa is the perfect place to accomplish just that. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is plenty of space for family and friends to spread out in this single-story gem. Upon entering the primary bath, you will notice there is a sunken shower to provide the utmost relaxation. As for guests staying in one of the other spacious bedrooms, there is an ensuite bath with a door that opens directly out to the backyard. Whether you are sipping your morning coffee by the pool or trying your luck at a game of pool in the basement, this home will be something you don't want to miss out on. No to mention, you can easily stay connected during your stay with free high-speed WiFi at your disposal!
THINGS TO KNOW
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
