Occupancy Limit : 8
Number of Parking Spaces: 3 ( 2 in Winter )

Although the permit shows 8 adults plus children under 13, the house only fits 8 persons including children.
Although the permit shows 3 parking spaces, it is strongly recommended that you only drive 2 cars to park inside the garage in Winter. The snow cleaning service will clean the driveway when it snows.
Guest access
Included with your rental are two guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for up to four guests over the age of 6. Guest access fees are currently $20 per person per day. Children under 7 are free. Please check Tahoe Donner website (tahoedonner dot com) for the detail.

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay (except a few locked closets). The laundry closet is locked for co-host. The closet near the second bathroom is locked for host. In garage, one closet stored paint and cleaning thing was locked by children lock.

No pets allowed.

Rent and cleaning fees are taxable as required by law.

In Winter, please park your cars inside the garage so the the snow cleaning service can clean the driveway. Please clean the snow in front of garbage bin so that you can put trash in it. You can just move the snow in front of garbage bin to driveway.

Guests with AT&T may experience limited signal in our neighborhood. Therefore please map your route prior to arrival as a backup.

If there is a storm on your arriving date, there might be snow on the drive way since snow removal service is starting at 3am. Please watch news. If I-80 is closed, please consider to postpone your trip.

There are two box fans inside garage cabinet. Please feel free to use them and put them back before you leave.
