LIVING AREA
Sip a cup of hot cocoa in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. A queen-size sleeper sofa and armchair offer comfortable seating to enjoy mountain ski run views. Watch a new movie on the 36” flat-screen TV, equipped with cable.
KITCHEN & DINING
The sparkling kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as helpful gadgets and cookware.
When it’s time to eat, gather at the table for six.
BED & BATH
This ground-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Sleep soundly in the master suite, which features a king-size bed, a 36” flat-screen TV, and private access to a deck. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.
The guest bathroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Spend leisurely days relaxing in the outdoor hot tub or the two indoor hot tubs (open November 16th through April).
Host a cookout at the community barbecue area, complete with gas grills and picnic tables.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
