This updated coastal condo is perfect for your next beach-cation! It's well-equipped with everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. The kitchen has been equipped with all the essentials, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Don't hesitate and surprise your loved ones with savory meals and beach snacks during your stay. The living area is all about comfort and coziness with an inviting sofa and a large TV. Then, make your way over to the private balcony and get ready to experience a picture-perfect sun set that will blow your mind! The on-site washer/dryer adds convenience to your stay.

This beachfront condo is ideally located within walking distance of various dining and shopping options; you can also take the bus for hassle-free travel to your favorite destinations. The historic Ocean City Boardwalk, with its carnival atmosphere, great food, and superb nightlife, is located five miles south. You can also plan a fun family day at Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Waterpark, only four miles south.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Dirty condo

The property was VERY DIRTY everywhere. Can tell only minimal surface cleaning occurs. Greasy kitchen cabinets and appliances and cookware. Dirty comforters and floors were so dirty our feet were filthy just walking around condo. We usually take our shoes off indoors but not in this condo. FILTHY Parking is also a moneymaking racquet too with inconsistent rules for those who get parking. Family in front of me at the desk purchased 2 additional over priced parking spots yet I was told I could only purchase one. The management on site was not very helpful. I had a lost cup turned into the desk Burt it seemed to disappear. Will never stay at this property again. Many more to choose from that aren’t filthy, have better parking options for families and have courteous on site management

Poor cleanliness, elevator issues.

The view was amazing and the extra bathrooms were beneficial. Loved the double patios.

Condo

This unit was filthy when we got there. Cleaning arrived once we were already in the unit. We left so they could clean. We gave them a good 2 hrs and when we got back, the unit looked just as filthy as when we arrived. There was sand in the tubs, sand and hair on bathroom floors, none of the tables were cleaned, you could still see hand marks on the glass tables and on the door leading to the deck. The stove and the counters were never cleaned. I will make sure our next stay in a condo will not be managed by Vacasa.

Trying to not be unfair… but I have to share!

With an increase in price this year should have been and increase in service! We have to pay for the linen package even though i started bringing my own stuff last year- could have saved $200. The room was not clean! The pillows are stained (under the linens and not just a little bit- they are basically yellow)🤢, the couch had dust and clumps of hair under it from months ago, hair on the floors, dishwasher full, the floors were not mopped (maybe ever), the light in the kitchen stained with brown goop on the inside, tried sweeping the floors ourselves and the broom had so much build up on it- should have been replaced a few years ago, the blinds in the master bedroom don’t close all the way and are stained with blood or some other dark substance, the list could go on. Not happy with it! Very disappointed in the room, especially since the cost was increased over last year. Hated that you took away the sign with entertainment for the week as you come down the steps heading to the deck. Love coming there but after spending $5500K on a weeks vacation I want to feel comfortable in the room we are staying in! This would be our fifth year and would like to come back but I would need reassurance.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired

Location was great but condo wasn’t ready at 3:00 check in. It was filthy under the furniture. Clearly not cleaned all summer. Check in issues with Vacasa. Enjoyed Golden Sands and beach though.
