- a space at the back of the house in a courtyard that has a small easement of passage with another house in the hamlet. This courtyard contains another stone house with a 140 cm double bed and a shower room + WC.
- A space in front of the house with a courtyard where it is possible to have meals with a shaded terrace, a barbecue. A heated swimming pool of 9x4m is installed (with electric shutter) and equipped with deckchairs and parasols. Breathtaking view.

The house has a ping pong table and board games.

Savignac is located 20 minutes from Périgueux, 35 minutes from Brantome, 45 minutes from the caves of Lascaux, 1 hour from Sarlat, Bergerac or Brives and 1h/1h30 from the most beautiful castles of the Périgord.

In Savignac and in the surrounding villages, you can practice tennis, football, basketball, canoeing, tree climbing or horse or pony rides.
There are a multitude of hiking trails.
200m from the house, you will find a bakery, a reseller of regional products, a Carrefour Express.
