Since April 2019 the entire inside of the house has been painted and redecorated. Nothing out of date here. Improvements are ongoing as last week we installed UV lights on both HVAC systems, converted our pool to saltwater and replaced the shower pans in the Master bathrooms to a beautiful marble tile. Our current pictures were taken July 2020 and will reflect any changes made to that point, but feel free to contact me for pictures of other upgrades we've been doing.

We enjoyed having these guests stay in our home for their Christmas and New years vacation. We hope they are able to join us again in the future.

We always love to have repeat guests. It tells us we are doing something right! We strive to provide a vacation home that is second to none, and having wonderful property management is all part of that experience. We appreciate knowing that they take such good care of our guests.

Windsor Hills does indeed enjoy a prime location for its proximity to amenities and parks. We are glad you enjoyed the pool table. Our family enjoys it for the same function and we often call that room the “waiting room” of the house. The sliding door has been repaired and operates smoothly. Setting a temperature that will be acceptable by all is often difficult as this is very subjective to personal comfort. Both of the above items could easily have been solved by simply contacting my management team, who are extremely responsive. Home Away allows for a total of 24 pictures, which gives an accurate depiction of the house and the colours of the walls. Again this is personal preference, but should come as no surprise upon arrival. Guests to our property just last night, took a tour and commented on how homey the colours felt. Mattress firmness is also a matter of personal comfort, and many guests have expressed what a comfortable night’s sleep they get when staying with us. All king-sized pillows have been recently been restuffed to improve loft and comfort for our guests as well.

This review hits home for us because we really do work hard to make sure our villa has EVERYTHING you could possibly want in a vacation home. Guests have so many choices when looking at accommodations and it is our goal to provide a top vacation rental that stands out from the crowd, to maximize our guests vacation enjoyment.

I am so glad you enjoyed our home! It was unfortunate that the air conditioning unit experienced mechanical failure, but I will pass on your comments about speedy service to my management team - - they are truly wonderful, and the a/c service company responded very quickly as well. We have taken measures to assure this problem with the air conditioner does not persist and are currently getting quotes for replacing the unit. We hope you will return to Sunshine Escape Villa in the future.

We are always glad to host large family groups at Sunshine Escape Villa. Central Florida has so much to offer to every age group that it makes it an ideal place to meet and vacation together. It is unfortunate that there was a problem with the upstairs air conditioner during the time of this rental, but a repairman was called promptly and we were told that a part would need to be ordered. It has since arrived and the problem has been fixed. Our wonderful management couple provided extra fans to the guests in an effort to keep them as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. We thank you for your wonderful review and hope you will consider us again when planning future vacations.
