Magnificent 8 Bed 8 Bath Custom 6500+ SqFt. Pool/spa. NEW DISCOUNTED 2026 rates

One of the nicest homes available in the prestigious Formosa Garden Estates, a gated community just minutes to Disney and just over 1 mile to the Hwy 192 Resort Area. Available to the most discerning guests looking for a truly exquisite vacation rental. Located at the end of a quiet Cul-De-Sac and boasting over 6500 SqFt of luxurious living space.

With parking for at least 6 cars, this custom designed home will be perfect for multiple families sleeping up to 18 guests. There are 8 Bedrooms, 7 of which have their own en-suite full bathrooms. The 8the bedroom ( Dragons Den ) has 2 queen beds and the 8th full bathroom right outside the door. 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with the massive landing area with professional slate bed pool table and doors leading out to the covered balcony overlooking the screened in outside pool area. The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with two living areas, dining area, breakfast nook and leading to the theater room with cinema seating for 9 people.

There is a luxury kitchen with gas stove, large double door refrigerator, wine chiller and separate laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 gas dryers. Two of the ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the oversize pool deck and private gas heated pool/spa with twin waterfalls. Please note gas pool/spa heating is charged separately. There is an outdoor kitchen area with a gas BBQ grill available for your use. The pool deck is completely private and not overlooked at all.

The home has high speed WiFi throughout the property with extended mesh network and a number of Amazon Echo Show devices available. The home has the benefit of two separate A/C systems, one for each floor.

The house was large, beautiful, and very welcoming. The pool area was wonderful. The location was perfect for both food and Disney Parks. The hosts were very attentive and great at communicating.

This home was a wonderful stay for our trip to Orlando. We went to both Disney and Universal and it was a perfectly short drive to each. The host, Dee, was incredibly helpful, kind and quick to reply. We had a specific request ahead of time that she promptly and happily accommodated. We would stay here again any time coming to Orlando, and are very grateful we found this home.

The pool area was beautiful but pool was hard to keep clean due to trees near the pool and the seeds and leaves etc falling, hot tub is very loud. House was beautiful but definitely needs work. We had issue with cleanliness and had mouse/mice while we stayed there.

The home exceeded our expectations on every level. Website was extremely accurate on the home showing exactly what you were getting. 8 of us (golfers) spent many hours in the pool, hot tub and playing with the big chess board out back after our golf. Great location to everything you need including the courses. The property manager was fantastic in keeping in touch before and during our stay. This is the place to stay if you wanna be spoiled while in the area!

Family vacation

The house was beautiful! The hosts were excellent at communicating and checking in through out our stay. We arrived early and without asking they offered us access to the house upon arrival. The rooms and bathrooms were Very clean! The pool is simply amazing and we enjoyed it day/night! We LOVE staying in this neighborhood! We highly recommend booking this house or any with this host!

The pool was filthy and the pool deck had mold on it. Outdoor kitchen wash full of trash and filthy. The host was picking up trash as we were checking out the property before checking in. Paint peeling from ceiling and water spots all over ceiling in various bedrooms.Stove still working partially as reported several months ago.

Unfortunately these guests arrived at the property at 10am, a full 6 hours prior to the allowed checkin time. Clearly the home was not prepared at that time as our staff were there getting the home ready. It was ready for them at 2pm. Water stains on ceiling was from a recent storm and had to wait until minor roof repair until that could be addressed

12 people stayed in this Kissimmee home for 4 nights, and the location was definitely a highlight. The property is in a safe, gated community, and the pool and jacuzzi were both very nice features that we enjoyed. The host was relatively responsive and accommodating when we requested additional kitchen supplies. Issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected were some of the beds were quite hard which made sleeping challenging for a few members of our group but the primary bedroom had a comfortable setup.The media room was not prepared for guests. We had to purchase an HDMI cable ourselves and figure out how to connect the projector just to watch a movie and the cable service was not working. The loud door alarm that sounded when a door to the pool area was opened (safety for kids) It took 2 days to inform us that we could disarm since we had no kids. One side of the stove didn’t work properly (we had to light manually with match), making it difficult to cook meals for 12 people. The washing machine also malfunctioned during our stay, overflowing into both the kitchen and theater room creating a major cleanup for us and an unwelcome disruption. Many TV remotes needed batteries, seems the property hadn’t been properly checked or maintained before our arrival. Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, the propane tank for the grill was nearly empty we had to replace. Host was courteous and did what she could once issues were reported. Need better property preparation for 5

We just concluded our stay at this magnificent home, in a beautiful gated community. Several and I visited the area for a group tennis retreat. This home served us profoundly. Everything was 5 star with the small exception to a segment of communication. Outside of sending the gate and door code information, I never heard again from the host. This may be a good thing and a bad thing to some. Again, this is not critical at all. Simply, a welcome, a how are things going and even an end of stay message would have been great. Otherwise, please consider this home for your housing and vacation needs should you visit the area. The pool, the spa, the grill, the many wonderfully decorated and curated suites were phenomenal. Thanks again Steve and your staff. Kudos.
