Thanks, Lane! We’re so happy you loved the location — being close to the beach and great restaurants is one of our favorite things about this spot too. Hope to have you back soon!

Thank you, Joyce. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your month at Stars Hollow and appreciated the modern kitchen and master bath. It's great that you could explore the nearby restaurants and shops. We look forward to welcoming you back!

Thank you for your review, Alexandra! We're glad the house met your needs and that you enjoyed the neighborhood and amenities. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Hang, thanks so much for staying with us and for the honest feedback! We’re really happy to hear you enjoyed the house and the neighborhood, but we’re super sorry about the condition of the floors and the lack of supplies — that’s not the experience we want for anyone, especially with a little one. We’ve already talked with our cleaning team and updated our checklist to make sure the floors are thoroughly cleaned between every stay, and we’re adding basics like toilet paper, and trash bags. There should have been enough to get you through the first 24 hours of your stay in time for you to be able to get to the store for the rest of your stay. We truly appreciate you pointing these things out so we can improve, and we’d love the chance to host you again for a much smoother stay next time!

Thank you Rosalind! Glad you enjoyed your stay!

Sydnie, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! This house has many amenities that are close in proximity and convenience! Please feel free to give us a call or email for any future reservations!

Thank you Amy!

Thank you Andrea!

Dear Diana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you faced during your stay and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how important accurate descriptions are when planning a trip, and we are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the bunk bed situation. It is a normal sized bunk bed. Not an extra-long one but a normal sized one. It states in the listing that it is twin sized. Regarding the communication issues, we deeply regret the delay in addressing your concerns and the frustration this caused. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we will work with our team to improve responsiveness and ensure guest concerns are handled promptly. We also take your comments about the front door very seriously. The front door has been evaluated and in not in any type of hazard. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we hope you might consider staying with us again in the future so we can provide you with the experience you deserve.
