We loved our stay here in Blue Mountain. When we arrived, our steering wheel was broken on the golf cart and Beach Walk Vacations was very responsive to our messages and calls and sent someone out to fix it the same day. Some light bulbs in the condo were missing and the kitchen did not have some of the necessary utensils and pots we needed for cooking but over all it was a wonderful stay and we would book again!

Beautiful home, great location

We had the best family vacation at this beautiful home. The location was perfect for our young family. Amenities were perfect and communication was excellent!

Great Stay

The house was very nice and just as described. Neighborhood and pool was great. It was really convenient having a golf cart on site.

We love being able to offer a golf cart to our guests as this is one of the most fun and family friendly ways to navigate this beautiful community. The beach and the pool are close by, and has great views along the way!

Location was great, loved the area. The house was a good size for our family and the golf cart was a lot of fun. There were a few minor signs of it being heavily used, but the only thing that was actually frustrating was a third of the lights downstairs did not come on and the Wi-Fi never got figured out or fixed while we were out there. We don’t go on vacation to sit in front of the TV, but with younger kids it made it tricky not being able to let them watch a little bit of TV in the morning when we were trying to make breakfast. I’m not sure when the host ever got those items fixed. No one showed up to look at the problem even though they said they were sending somebody out to fix it. That never happened while we were there. They ended up crediting us back a little bit, so they made an effort to fix it, but it would’ve been nice if they would have just prioritized getting an electrician out to figure out the problem.

Santa Rosa Trip

We loved our stay! The house and location were great! The golf cart came in handy! The community pool was wonderful! We enjoyed the fire and the lights as well as the hot tub! Would come again!

Check in process was easy. Home was reasonably clean. No issues with dirty linens. We did have an issue with only having 2 pool wrist bands upon check in. We went to the pool anyway with our family of 5. The security guard harassed us and made us leave because we did not have five wrist bands on our wrist. It was a little absurd. The remaining wrist bands did not get delivered until mid morning next day. We've stayed in blue mountain quite a bit at some really nice, well appointed homes. This was ok. The golf cart was nice to have though.

Great Stay!!

There was 8 adults at this property for the 4 of July weekend. It was a clean and welcoming home with more than enough amenities. Would recommend for anyone thinking about booking. Definitely a trip to remember. Thank you for your hospitality!

The house was very nice and the inside was clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. The unit could use a little tlc, though.The kitchen is very bare bones. No pizza cutter or colander and only a couple kitchen towels, so it was tricky cooking a the house. The dishwasher and dryer did not work properly either. The back deck umbrella is completely tattered and unusable. The HOA rules are also very strict, so be prepared to follow all the rules. Overall, these were minor inconveniences and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool is also very nice!

Loved staying here with my family of 7! There is quite a few stairs right at the entrance and would be dangerous for people with smaller kids but other than that we loved our stay. 30a vaca

Property was as described . It was Clean and in great location tucked into the back of the neighborhood. Family was pleased with the house as well. Lots of space for 4 people with Plenty of fresh towels and sheets etc. Bike locks did not work, and we had an issue with the golf cart , but it was resolved quickly so very happy about that. Would def book again!

Quick Get Away

First time to 30A and was worried about not being in the beach. We were able to drive the golf cart to Blue Mountain beach and park. It was perfect. The golf cart was great for driving to the pool and restaurants as well. We had a flat tire on the golf cart and messaged them and they were there within a couple hours. They were fast to answer and get the tire aired up. I would recommend!!

Great place (except patio spaces)

Great house, great location! The only downside was the outdoor patio furniture was so old/worn that some of it was unusable (there was a very large piece of furniture on the second story balcony off the master bedroom that was so old it was hard to tell what it was, maybe an old hammock with a metal frame??) and that detracted from the usability of the outdoor space and overall experience. Aside from that, it was great!

This property is beautiful, and located in the perfect spot to have a great beach vacation! The outdoor space is great, and all of our guests have enjoyed it. Patio cushions are replaced seasonally, and can even be replaced on spot if you call our service line for guests open 24/7!

It’s ok

Property was ok. The drive way wasn’t fully pictured. It was narrow and positioned weird hard to get in and out. Floors felt dirty, the garbage disposal smelt awful, and the refrigerator doesn’t get cold. Possibly low on Freon. Restrooms were good and bedrooms were good. Overall 3 stars.

This property is professionally cleaned between each reservation and our housekeepers go above and beyond what most rentals do in this area to ensure guests have a great time in our homes. The fridge is fully functional, and the garbage disposal does not have a smell. A 3 star review for not liking the way the driveway is shaped seems like a mis-representation of this property.

Overall it was ok. We liked the community. In general the house itself was adaquate. The coffee machine was not cleaned out from a previous user and broken; the blender weWas broken as well. Beach towels from a previous occupant were draped over the deck when we got there. Seems like the cleaners may have missed a few things. Golf cart ran well but was older looking. The highligh was the management companies responses. They brought us a new coffee maker and blender. We didnt open the blender, but the next occupants should have working machines.

30A Summer 2025

Property was great. Very Comfortable and Clean. Perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers to have their own space. Our main issue was the golf cart is in need of maintenance and repair and was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The seats had quite a bit of wear and the cart pulled hard to the right. We were close to blue mountain public beach access and didn't have any issues finding a spot and parking there. We also went to Grayton Beach a couple of times and used the golf cart to drop off our things at the beach access and I took the cart to the public parking and took the shuttle back to the red bar. This was a little more hassle but my wife prefers Grayton. We will definitely consider this place again in the future with hopes for a better maintained cart.

Great place

Everything was clean except the housekeepers had left a dirty towel on the steps. Their was a very odd odor when we entered. We tried to get rid of it with baking soda and bowls of vinegar sitting around which helped some. At first we thought it was a pet odor but house was supposed to be pet free. We ended up deciding it was a peppery just weird odor. The bikes also were pretty warped and not in the best shape but did work. One of them was worse than the others. Golf cart was handy, pool was amazing and great space for our family of four. Was disappointed that the Punic beach accesses are getting smaller and smaller.

While the size of the beach is not anything to do with this home, this property is extremely close to the beach and community pools, and we have a full team of professional cleaners that clean between each guest. We have not found any odd odors in the home. We also have a full service team that can drop off bikes, and help with anything you need for your stay with just a quick call or message to our team. I am glad you had such a wonderful vacation, and thank you for choosing BeachWalk Vacations!

Unresponsive

The property manager provided the wrong door code. My wife and I tried for hours to get ahold of the emergency contact to let them know of this issue, but they did not respond. We ended up having to get a hotel and book an additional property for our stay. When the company finally contacted me at 11:00 a.m. the next day, they were not apologetic, sympathetic, and provided no course of resolution. Highly disappointed and I would not recommend.

Perfect Home Perfect Neighborhood

We were so happy with this home and neighborhood! The house was fabulous, clean, and in great safe condition. Our family of 4 had plenty of room and there was plenty room for more. Master was fab and bed was comfy. My youngest loved the bunks with a slide. We never had to use the living room pullout. Loved having our own private home and own washer/dryer. The golf cart with the house was the icing on the cake. We took it everywhere - pool, beach, restaurants, etc. The only thing we drove to really was the nearby Publix. The neighborhood pool was resort vibes and so beautiful! Recommend going at 8am when they open to have it all to yourself - my boys loved that. The neighborhood was a cute collection with adorable road pavers, and in a great location. We used a couple different beach access points nearby and you can’t go wrong anywhere along that beach line. We saw dolphins off the coast, rays swimming in the surf, lots of fish varieties, a few jellies, crabs, it was so fun for the kids. Half the week was calm water and the other half perfect for boogie boarding. We rented beach chairs a couple days which was perfection to get out of the sun a bit and not have to lug around beach gear. We did a fishing charter that launched off Grayton beach - super close and a great successful trip! I would rent this same house again in a heartbeat, and I am sad we had to leave!

Celebration 50!

We had a party of 6 women. It was a huge perk having a golf cart already on-site. We found a great beach access about 1.3 miles away. The house was beautiful and super clean. All of the beds including bunks were very comfortable. Plenty of bath linens are provided! The “only” thing I would suggest for future guests is to add some additional coffee cups. Literally that’s it! Great getaway! We would definitely stay there again. 😎😎
