GUEST GUIDELINES:
- Occupancy: 8 People Max/Day or Night - NO PARTIES/NO Gatherings in an HOA/ NO Drop-in Guests
- Parking: 3 vehicles, 1 in driveway & 2 on street in front of fence
- 2 single kayaks & 1 tandem kayak are available for your use-While the seasonal dams are in place from mid to late-June to early Sept,
- Dog Friendly - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is enclosed for pup-Please clean up after your pup-For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate your dog if you are not at the house.
- Disclaimer: Exterior entryway security camera on site, front yard/propane tank area, backyard *** No security cameras pointed towards areas w/ increased expectation of privacy (ie. the hot tub)

You’ll receive a link with everything you need, and a printed copy will also be available in the home.
