Beautiful location among the redwoods. Full equipped kitchen, great balcony views, comfy beds, and plenty of room for 6 people. Hot tub and pool were such a treat!

Our stay at the Palazzo was wonderful! Such a magical place with an incredible view. The house is spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need. I hope to come back sometime soon!

Place was super unique and filled with amazing artifacts. Location is great as well. Hot tub and pool were fabulous and TV’s and fireplaces in every room. Def bring extra blankets and towels though!

Palazo Marzino is filled with worldwide artistic treasures not to be seen too often. These unique pieces were chosen by the property owner who designed the home. The current owners, second in line to the home, wished to honor its rich history by leaving all as is. Glad to hear you enjoyed the home's additional amenities. Regarding the suggestion to bring more blankets and towels, we do store additional blankets in the downstairs hall cabinets and include laundry detergent and dryer sheets for our guests use if they choose to wash the bath towels and pool towels provided. Thanks again for staying with us!

Beautiful property! We were a little overwhelmed with the one lane road driving up the hill to the property but that's the price you pay to get the beautiful views above the river. We loved getting in the hot tub and my husband loved the bed - said it was the best sleep he's gotten in a long time! We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and can definitely recommend the property.

Cheryl, I will agree that traveling up Summit Ave, which is a paved, single lane road is a memorable experience, but well worth the adventure! Many full-time residents are fortunate enough to live up there, enjoying the endless views. We are pleased to hear that both the hot tub and the beds did not disappoint. Palazzo Marzino is definitely not your typical vacation rental in Guerneville. It has only had two owners, including the original builder who designed it after his love of Italian architecture. We just stayed at this property for a three day weekend. It is exactly as shown in the photographs. The beds are all comfortable and the property was very clean. The host was a responsive when we had any questions and I would highly recommend this place for a family or three couples.

Hot tub was great. Did not use the pool. This home is fantastic. Views are incredible. Naomi the property manager is a joy to work with. We highly recommend this home if you are considering staying in the area

The home was beautiful and fun. We loved hanging out in the vaulted living room and enjoyed the hot tub. This was a wonderful place to stay but I do recommend having a car with you. It was a bit challenging to get rides into town. Overall would stay again!

Absolutely amazing house. Watch the sun rise from just about every part of the house, even the shower! The views from hot tub are fabulous. The house decor was really cool. Will definitely be back!

We were a group of three women friends wanting to take in the sites of the surrounding area. The house was filled with art and unique objects throughtout the home to admire and enjoy. This was not a winetasting tour for us, instead we drove to Mendicino, Sonoma, Hearlsburg to explore the cities and to see the beautiful coast and the majestic redwoods along the way. We found the road to the house to be a challenge because it is windy and steep but you do get used to it after a few trips. The house was well equipped with pretty much anything that you would need if you were spending alot of time there. We used the hot tub, which is always running and very warm and inviting. Each bedroom has a fireplace if you should be cold during your stay. The view of the Russian River was exceptional and calming. It was a peaceful place to stay. We would recommend the tasting menu at The Lodge at Dawn Ranch, supurb food and service at a reasonable price, it was very special.We did not use the swimming pool this trip because the weather was not warm enough when we were there. The host was very helpful when we had questions. There is winding staircase to the bedrooms so you will need to have someone strong to take your bags to the rooms if possible. It was a perfect location for us and we were very happy to have found this rental.
