The house is sleeps 14 guests with very comfortable room space and beds. The main floor offers two sitting rooms with separate televisions. There are two staircases to the second floor. The main bathroom on the second floor has washer and drier. The house is located a short walking distance to Short Sands beach which offers an array of family friendly restaurants, shopping, games and more. Don't forget to stop into York's Wild Kingdom park while you visit! You're also walking distance to Long Sands beach as well, which offers more of a beach coast with some dining options as well. Both beaches offer first come fist serve meter parking. York Beach is a wonderful location as you're only one hour from Boston Mass or 45 minutes from Portland Maine.
