Hot tub, Cowboy Pool, Pet Friendly, Walk to Main!

Hi Laurie, Thank you for your kind words about our charming home! We're glad you appreciated the blend of early 1900s quaintness with modern updates. As this is a historic home with original wood floors, some noise is common. We're delighted you enjoyed the adorable loft and hope to welcome you back soon!

Thank you, Mirella, for your feedback. We are working with the owner to address the AC issue upstairs, but yes, this Texas heat is a battle! We do not have a washer and dryer available to guests at his property, as it is not listed as an amenity. In the future, you can look for properties that do have this feature, or you can reach out to us if you are in need of using one. Thanks again for staying with us!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify a few points regarding your concerns: When our housekeeping team arrived, all items in the home were moved out of the way to allow them to properly clean and change the sheets. We would not have been able to complete the cleaning if items had been left in place. Pest control had treated the home just a few days prior to your arrival, which may be why a few bugs were visible; as your photos show, many were already dead. We also had pest control treat the home again after your departure. This property is a historic home in Fredericksburg, over 100 years old. The homeowners have completed numerous renovations to maintain the quality of the home while preserving its historic charm. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please know that we did our best to assist during your stay, and a refund was processed in response to your concerns. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps both us and the homeowners continue to improve the guest experience.
