If I had to complain it would be that the mattress was way too hard. Otherwise everything else was great!

Great Location!

Great location within short walks to nice clean beach, shopping and restaurants. Plenty of parking on the property (at a price). Unit had a beautiful view or the beach and ocean. As well as a nice small balcony with same view. Unit was exceptionally clean. Only killed one bug in the bathroom with one cockroach escaping (again in the bathroom). That said, there were signs indicating that all the units were to be sprayed for bugs in a few days. One fail was we notified them the clothes dryer blew cold air. A technician responded within a few hours coming by to confirm a bad heating element that they would replace that day or next. Three days later when we checked out they still had not replaced the element.

Our stay was great! The place was clean and nice, host easy to talk to, and the beach view and access was amazing. Only complaint is that the AC couldn’t be turned down to what we are used to as hot sleepers, otherwise we enjoyed it so much and would come back! First time in Gulf Shores and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good for Couples

The actual property complex was well maintained daily and 24 hour security was great. The condo is small so best for two people. The location was great. The original property we booked became unavailable but BeachBall was prompt in letting us know and gave us optional properties in the same area to choose from.

We had a great time, loved the condo and would stay again. One little complaint is the pillows on the bed needs to be replaced. We went n bought some.Again loved the condo ans the location.

Great Place in Gulf Shore

Conda was clean and had a great view overlooking the beach. The location was good, with plenty of shops and restaurants that were easily walkable. The only complaint we had was the bed pillows. They were flat, offering no support. We both woke up, each morning with sore necks and backs. The pillows need replaced ASAP.

Listing sleeps 4 is a bit of a stretch. Fitting 4 people in the unit was a bit tough. No linens provided for the pull out bed. 2 teenage kids and 1 parent had to sleep in the bed. Husband had to sleep on the couch without folded out. People smoking weed all over the property. Not necessarily how I like to spend my family vacatio. Leak behind the electric box half way through stay. Had to be moved to Orang Beach. Much nicer amenities there.

Place was clean. Just not impressed with little touches. Coffee pot and toaster were just cheap items that I think would be better for the condo.

Loved the cozy size and amenities of this property.

It was perfect for the two of us! Close to stores, restaurants and walking paths. Beautiful view of the beach certainly helped!

Beautiful location

Beautiful place to stay! Amazing view from the balcony and room is cute too. There were some towels left from previous tenants and the kitchen and floors were a little dirty but overall perfect place for my little family!
