Dette kompleks har alt hvad du behøver for en mindeværdig ferie; to store olympiske pools (en opvarmet), to børnebassiner, to udendørs boblebad, indendørs spa, poolside butik, snackbar, spillerum, tiki bar, oyster bar, indendørs træningsrum med saunaer og mange mange andre faciliteter ... for mange til at liste.

Seks gæster per enhed

Vores ejerlejligheder vil nemt sove op til seks gæster med en kingsize-seng i hver enhed, to køjesenge i en hall alkove i hver enhed, og en helt ny queen-size sovesofa i alrummet for hver enhed. Familien værelse og soveværelse hver har tv med fjernbetjeninger. Hver Condo har et fuldt udstyret køkken med mikroovn, opvaskemaskine, køleskab m / ismaskine, fuld komfur / ovn, køkkenredskaber forudsat, brødrister, blender, kaffemaskine og vaskemaskine og tørretumbler.

Great

We had a great time. It was so easy to check in and out. Caron’s Condo beat the other prices and did not disappoint when we got there. There is a small charge when you check in but it was not bad. Kitchen was a tad smaller than we thought, but it did not hinder us at all. We had a great time and would gladly stay here again.

Okay overall

The condo looks nicer in pictures that in person. Needs some updates. Issues with the toilet and cracks in fridge. Didn’t like all the maintenance people coming in and out, but was nice owner addressed the issues. Don’t bother with the elevator, we took it once our entire stay. It’s nice they have the tiki bar, food shack and little coffee shop on site. Also, was nice beach chair service was included with this condo.

Beautiful Condo

We’ve stayed at The Summit many years. This condo was probably the nicest. Very well kept and the kitchen is well stocked for every cooking need. I guess the only negative is it’s location. On the third floor so the view was not the best. But the advantage on being on the third floor is you can use the stairs rather than having to wait for the elevator which is always a pain. Too many people for the number of elevators. Especially rough on check in/check out days. I would highly recommend this condo.

The unit was clean and Carol was nice and prompt w/responses.

The unit was clean and the kitchen was plenty stocked, even had a muffin pan. We love being on the third floor bc we use the stairs mostly, elevators are slow & packed. Carol was nice and prompt to respond to any questions I had.

Will definitely b renting again, owner went above and beyond to make sure we was doing ok, and making sure that we didn't have any problems getting checked in, she was having issues with here cell phone provider so she's reached out to someone else to get ahold of me...excellent view great place 2 stay

Had a good time.

I stayed in unit 312. The unit was nice. It was clean. The best part of this unit is that it had laundry in the unit. It was a great time saver. There was plenty of cookware/dishes/etc and we ate in most of the time. I even used the crock pot to make a pork loin. Beach chairs were included as well and we took advantage of that. There were plenty of towels for showers. There was free wifi and cable. This unit was better than the last one I stayed in a few years ago. If I was going to stay in The Summit again, I would rent this particular unit again. The bar staff at the outside Tiki Bar was great. The pools were clean and one is heated. The little snack shop downstairs...15 minutes to wait for them to put 3 already cooked hot dogs on buns. They were definitely not in a hurry. The day we showed up, the elevator was stuck with a bunch of people on it. The garbage shoot is always full and blocked up. One day I was woken up at 5:45 by staff that had decided that was a good time to rearrange all the deck furniture...ALL THE DECK FURNITURE...around the pool area. Dragging chairs across the cement. It was loud. It was disrespectful. It was ridiculous. This is the second time I have stayed at The Summit. The first time, the college kids pulled the fire alarm twice in one week in the middle of the night. Thankfully, that didn't happen this time. The beaches here are amazing. The sand is fine and perfect and the emerald waters are amazing even though it's still a little cold at the end of March. The March ban on alcohol on the beach wasn't obvious so be warned. The police were patrolling every day. There are a million places to eat in the PCB area. We had good oysters at Hammer Head Freds and good fish at Scampy's. Captain Jack's is a regular destination for us to eat tons of crab legs. Having said all of this....I have been coming to PCB for years now. It is one of my favorite places and I really enjoyed my stay there again this year. If you're not too high maintenance, this is is a good place to stay. :)

Great holiday in wonderful location - PCB

Lovely updated condo with all the appliances we might need and located in a building that is maintained and friendly. Want to book again for next year. Also appreciate all the music activities for the snowbirds that are available in the area and advertised thru the PCB Tourist Association.

It was everything Mrs. Davis said it was and then some

We loved every minute of it , beautiful views of the ocean , very neat and clean condo , very comfortable beds , all the cooking items you could need , and Caron is awesome to work with , she really made our Florida Vacation everything we wanted it to be . Even has a large new stackable washer and dryer which made it even better i promise you that. Thanks Caron Davis for everything.

Our stay with Caron's Condos couldn't have been better.

Our condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need for a perfect beach vacation. My kids loved their bunk beds! We all loved the incredible view. We had zero problems during our stay, but felt certain Caron would take care of anything. She was great to work with. The Summit is a great place to stay. Everything was clean! There was a heated pool, which was a hit since it was a little chilly during our stay. We loved the food from the snack bar and Bikini Bobs. My kids had a great time on the playground out on the beach. We were also happy to have an umbrella and beach chairs during our stay. We look forward to staying with Caron again and will recommend her condo to all our friends.

Wonderful condo, comfy beds & nicely decorated!

Thank you Davis' for making the stay well! My children really loved the bunks and thought the installed USB port was the greatest, kids and their technology! The movie night was fun for them as well. I'm not gonna lie, it's a bit noisy at night and morning... Next time I would bring a small fan or noise eliminator. The linen was soft and it's nice to have a soft mattress out of town. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable!

Clean, comfortable - perfect for families of any size. Everything needed in kitchen for meal prep.

Love the comfortable atmosphere. Security can be seen observing and helping but not imposing. Well maintained everywhere, but not so fancy we were afraid to relax with children. PCB folks very friendly and helpful. Excellent location near St Andrews on one side and Camp Helen on other. Not right in THE strip but enough to be there in a couple minutes. Excellent beach! Great pools -. 2 large ones! Had a great vacation😂

Wonderful Condo and Owners!

This condo's pictures don't do justice it was beautiful and the view every morning was awesome! It was also very clean when we arrived and left! The owner of the condo Caron was perfect! She made us feel very comfortable and welcome at their condo! She kept in touch with us via text or call to make sure everything was perfect! It was close to everything around and everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Beautiful stay!

Our view was just breath taking. We were able to enjoy our coffee on the balcony then our toes in the sand! The Condo was like home away from home! Caron was easy to work with and very affordable!

I would highly recommend this condo. We had and awesome vacation and the room was clean, comfortable, and a beautiful view. Caron the owner was excellent to rent from. She was a very nice lady and made sure our stay was an excellent one. I have stayed other places in panama but hers was the best by far.

Sweet serenity!

I’m Caron, checking in from sweet home Alabama. Family means everything to me, and that love of family is exactly what inspired my journey into hosting vacation rentals.

In 2002, my family and I took a beach trip to The Summit in Panama City Beach… and I was hooked! I fell in love with this resort so much that I bought my first condo here in 2003, and we’ve been making memories at The Summit ever since. From sunrise coffee on the balcony to sandy toes and sunset walks, this place quickly became our happy place.

I love The Summit because it’s right on those gorgeous sugar-white beaches and centrally located to great restaurants, shopping, and fun activities for all ages. Whether you’re here to relax by the pool, play in the waves, explore PCB, or just unwind with the people you love most, there is truly something here for everyone.

These days, life keeps me a little too busy to visit the beach as often as I’d like… so I want you to go in my place! My goal is for you to feel welcome, comfortable, and completely at home while you’re here. If you love Panama City Beach, I’m confident you’ll fall in love with The Summit just like I did.

The Summit is special because everything you need for a fun, memorable beach vacation is right here on-site—no hopping in the car every five minutes.

One of my personal favorites is Bikini Bob’s, located on the east end of the property. It’s the perfect casual spot for a quick bite and a cold drink after a day in the sun.

Forgot sunscreen, flip-flops, or a beach toy for the kids? No worries! Just stroll down to the on-site gift shop right off the pool deck and grab those last-minute essentials.

All you really have to do is pack your bags, bring your family, and show up ready for a fun-filled vacation at The Summit!
