Gorgeous house directly on the beach. We saw dolphins swimming in the ocean every morning. House was equipped with all of the essentials (housewares, towels, hairdryer, vacuum, washer/dryer). Beautifully decorated and lots of options for seating for big families. We traveled with only 6 girls- so this was more than enough space for all of us. Beautiful pool and hot tub are included (heating of pool & hot tub is an additional charge). The ocean in front of the house was a very sandy bottom. Would love to go back and stay with my extended family!

We recently rented this house for an annual family beach trip-our first at IOP. The house is beautiful, well maintained and the layout worked very well for our group of 10 from 4 yrs - 76 years old. The location was close to shopping, restaurants and especially the beach. The property manager rep's communication and attention to detail were excellent. Would recommend.

5 Stars

We loved our stay at Villa Las Palmas! The location so close to the beach and the back deck truly made it perfect! We were looking for something more quiet outside of the busier part of town and being further down the beach checked the box. Even on a holiday weekend it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We look forward to coming again!

Perfection on the beach!

This house is everything you could possibly want in a vacation home! The view is unmatched, and the amazing pool and hottub make it ideal for any season. The home itself was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, tupperware, etc, we had no reason whatsoever to call the property managers as everything was exactly as it should be throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this home for your next family getaway!

Ride out Hurricane Ian in This House

This house is 5 stars in every way… Recently refurbished in 2022 and everything was done very well The house is light, bright, supremely outfitted, and you are right on a beautiful family friendly walking beach To top everything off, Hurricane Ian came through on Friday and hung around for about 8 hours…this house was rock solid! Exclusive Properties took care of us from check in to check out…Karen was great

Awesome house, perfect for families/large groups!

This house is spectacular and just as pictured in the listing. My entire family (8 adults + 4 kids under 4YO) travelled to IOP on a vacation and this house met all of our needs. The yard is fully fenced in making it safe, but also we had a blast in the sand area, pool, and yard. The short boardwalk to the beach was a great bonus! All the rooms were great size, and clean. The kitchen isn't super well stocked, but overall had the necessities. Property manager was super communicative and quickly solved any (minor) issues we had. Will definitely be renting this home again when travelling to the area!

Another great trip to IOP

This is our second year staying at this home in IOP, and for good reason. It’s a beautiful property in an even better location. We always enjoy our trip and love spending time in this area. The house had a few noticeable upgrades this year, even little things like full-size shampoo in amenities in the bathrooms. The property manager is very attentive and was able to answer any questions. The only two notes of feedback would be that check-in at 5 PM is a bit unreasonable (we paid to get in earlier) and not providing beach towels at a beach house is silly, especially at this price point.

So glad you enjoyed your trip and Villa Las Palmas - it is a fantastic home! Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us - I'm so sorry about check in times -- we had a check out that morning, so with all the cleaning, maintenance and inspections for it to be 'guest ready' it does require a full day sometimes. Often it is ready sooner - but, we just never know until we get started on everything. We hope you do return to Isle of Palms in the future. We would love to see you again! EP Team

Wonderful home and everything was perfect except we wish that there had not been enclosures on the fence by the pool because we could not see the ocean from the lovely pool area. Hopefully this was only temporary. Everything else was great.

Looking for a Luxury Beach Experience? Keep Looking

I would strongly advise future renters to think twice before booking this property—or trusting Exclusive Properties US. A once-in-a-lifetime birthday beach trip turned into a major disappointment for my entire group. From day one, our experience was ruined by extremely loud construction directly on the beach in front of the house. Bulldozers, backhoes and other heavy equipment operated just feet away from the property, kicking up sand and noise all day long. The beach was completely unusable, and the pool filled with so much sand that even the pool cleaner gave up on it. We couldn’t enjoy the hot tub either—it was broken. It had to be operated remotely by a technician and it must have been left on overnight, since the tank of fuel we had to pay for was completely drainedNo one informed us in advance—not about the construction, not about the damaged beach, not about the pool full of sand or the unsightly makeshift fencing. We later learned from neighbors that the beach work had been going on for months. It’s clear Exclusive Properties chose to withhold that information to secure our booking, which was deceptive and unethical. We reached out to Exclusive Properties with our concerns and disturbing video evidence. Their response was cold and dismissive and only a fraction of a discount was offered. What we received was nothing close to the luxury beach experience we paid top dollar for.If transparency, honesty, and guest care matter to you, keep looking.

We are so sorry that you guys experienced this. We always want our groups to have a pleasant stay. The city was putting sand in the beach due to erosion. The project is being done by a federal engineering group and unfortunately we were not able to get an exact schedule from them and we were told that the work would be moving up the beach before your stay. We also did not know what exactly they would be doing or how intrusive it would be. We have control over the home and the property, but the beach is a public space, like a road, and we don't have control over it and were not given correct information. It looks like we were able to get you compensation for the disturbance that was experienced on the beach.
