Welcome to Casa Margarita, an extraordinary oceanfront retreat located at 904 Ocean Boulevard. Designed for unforgettable family reunions, group vacations, and special celebrations, this one-of-a-kind beachfront home features 10 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 22 guests.
Wake up to breathtaking Atlantic Ocean sunrises, spend your days lounging by the large private pool complete with attached kiddie pool, and unwind each evening in the complimentary heated hot tub. With direct beach access, expansive outdoor living spaces, and fun themed bedrooms throughout, Casa Margarita offers something for every age.

Resort-Style Outdoor Living
The outdoor amenities are designed for all-day enjoyment. Take a refreshing swim in the private pool, let the little ones splash in the attached kiddie pool, or relax in the heated hot tub after a fun day at the beach. The spacious pool deck provides plenty of room for gathering, sunbathing, and creating lasting vacation memories. Additional conveniences include a full bathroom in the garage and a three-stall outdoor shower area for easy beach cleanup.

First Living Floor – Six King Suites
The first living level features six uniquely themed king suites, each equipped with a television and private en-suite bathroom.
Several suites offer ocean views and direct porch access, creating the perfect place to enjoy the coastal breeze. Themes include King Tut's Hut, Love Nest, Pig Pen, Shoe Box, Dog House, and Cat House, adding a playful touch to your stay while maintaining comfort and privacy for every guest.

Main Living Level – Gather, Dine & Entertain
The heart of the home is the expansive main living area, where oversized leather sofas invite everyone to relax, watch a movie, or gather after a day in the sun.
The gourmet chef's kitchen is built for large groups, featuring premium stainless-steel appliances, three refrigerators, and double appliances throughout, making meal preparation effortless even with multiple cooks in the kitchen. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating and stunning ocean views.

Step outside onto one of two oceanfront porches to soak up the sunshine, spot dolphins offshore with the built-in binoculars, or simply unwind in a rocking chair while listening to the waves.
For indoor entertainment, enjoy the dedicated billiards room complete with a television and all the equipment needed for friendly competition.

Also located on this floor are two additional king suites:
End Zone – King bed, private bath with walk-in shower and double vanity
Monkey Business – King bed, private bath, ocean views, and porch access

Top Floor Retreat
Follow the spiral staircase past the home's famous hanging pirate and discover the upper-level retreat.
The Spongebob Room features two queen beds and a private bath with a tub/shower combination, while the Dinosaur Room offers a king bed and private bath. This level also includes a cozy second living area with television and spectacular panoramic ocean views, creating the perfect hideaway for kids, teens, or guests seeking a quieter space.

For guests who need assistance with mobility or have health-related needs, elevator access is available. Elevator dimensions are 30" x 42" with a maximum weight capacity of 450 pounds. For safety reasons, children may not ride the elevator without adult supervision and should never play, jump, or engage in horseplay inside the elevator.
While the elevator is regularly maintained, occasional mechanical issues can occur. If a problem arises during your stay, we will work diligently to have it repaired as quickly as possible. Please note that the elevator is provided as a convenience and is not considered a guaranteed amenity of the rental home. Therefore, refunds or rental credits cannot be issued for temporary elevator outages, mechanical malfunctions, or repair-related downtime.

Property is managed through local property management company. Property managers are on call 24/7 for maintenance emergencies. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. No pets allowed. Non-smoking.
