Hi Peter thanks for staying with us at this property. We also thank you for your positve cleanliness remarks as we do try our best to maintain these properties. We do apologize for enough utensils not being present. Please note that this was not brought to our attention duing your stay. We would have sent someone from our team to deliver them. This however should not be an issue for future stays as we made the necessary checks to ensure the unit is stocked with sufficient glassware, cookware and utensils. Your comments regarding the keurig and refrigerator have been taken into account. We do apologize for the inconvenience these caused during your stay but can assure you that both have been addressed. We also apologize for the inconsistency with the internet service. Please note however that although most of our properties have internet access, the service is not guaranteed as it is provided by an outside vendor. We will however pass this on to the proper parties to make necessary checks.
