Moroccan themed condo in a resort-like setting in downtown Palm Springs! The bedroom has a comfortable Cal-king bed with access to secluded balcony boasting panoramic views of San Jacinto Mountains and pool. 2 full baths (primary has walk-in shower), fully-equipped, well-stocked updated kitchen, airy open concept living space with skylighted vaulted ceilings and Moroccan furnishings. Washer/dryer, cable, Roku & high speed wifi. Quiet, friendly gated community includes 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, exercise room, and underground parking.

You won't need a car while staying a few short blocks from many downtown restaurants, retail shops and an eclectic array of entertainment venues and nightlife. Just one block from the festive retro Tropicale Restaurant and diagonal from Agua Caliente Casino and the modernist architecture of the Palm Springs Convention Center. A home concierge will meet you at check in to acquaint you and offer area recommendations

Relaxing balcony lounge includes dining area with electric grill, Moroccan fountain, comfortable lounger and nest chair for afternoon naps, space for yoga practice, and plenty of hummingbird watching.

Condo is close to main pool for easy access, but shaded by trees for privacy.
Beach towels, tennis racquets, yoga mats, props, board games, and a selection of books are provided.

Owner also offers yoga and massage package as an add-on to complete your relaxing stay.

Perfect Palm Springs Retreat

Mark's fully equipped condo is ideally located two blocks from downtown. This upstairs unit has a gorgeous view of the mountains from a delightful patio. We look forward to a return visit.

The Deauville

We enjoyed our stay at this location as it was quiet and had great views. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly by Mark and Bob.

Close to downtown Palm Springs

This unit is situated within a beautiful, well maintained gated complex within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. The complex is older and a little dated, but the unit is very nice and has a beautiful view. Mark, the owner, is very responsive and helpful

Lovely condo perfectly located

In the center of Palm Springs , this condo could not be better located. Enjoyed the sunny patio facing the mountains and just steps from the pool. Downtown shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Mark, the owner, and Bob the property manager both are quick to respond.

Sun & Sky

Marvelous get-away from cold & dark Alaska. The living space is comfortable. Tastefully decorated. We truly enjoyed the deck with views of the mountains & sweet hummingbirds flitting about. We hope to come again to enjoy a lovely interlude.

Property is well located with beautiful grounds. Our particular unit was very tired , had a strong odour, and in dire need of a complete makeover.

Hi Dan, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the location of my condo on the property as well as the beautiful grounds of the Deauville. However, I'm very sorry to hear that you were displeased with the condo itself. Every effort is made on my part to ensure that guests fully enjoy their experience. For context, immediately before and after each guest I have my housekeeper and manager clean and inspect the condo to confirm that things are in good shape. Regular semiannual deep cleaning of carpets (April/October) and HVAC filter maintenance are also performed. Of course we recognize that things may still come up when renting a home instead of a hotel. For this reason, during the in-person orientation my concierge stresses that renters should promptly communicate any issues when they arise. Additionally, I always send a follow-up courtesy message within the week of arrival to make sure everything is still to your satisfaction. In this particular case, it's very unfortunate that you waited two weeks into your stay to notify us of an odor in the unit. Once notified, I reached out to discuss it with you and promptly sent you an air purifier. At that point you thought it might be coming from the carpet, so I also offered to immediately have the carpets professionally deep cleaned. You declined my offer. Regarding the unit needing a makeover, the pictures on the site are current and accurately reflect the thought and care that went into decorating the unit so that renters have a true representation of what they are renting. I do appreciate your feedback though, and will continue to look for ways to upgrade and improve for future guests.

Moroccan Delight

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in this apartment. The location in Palm Springs can't be beat, and the view of the mountains from the comfy patio was a delight to awake to every day, while sipping coffee. The owner (Mark) was quick to respond to any questions and offered some great advice on local hot spots for dining and whatnot. We have stayed in two other apartments in this complex. The kitchen in this one and the attention to detail of decorations and furniture were the best so far. We'll definitely consider staying here on our next Palm Springs trip. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A Perfect Base For a Palm Springs Vacation

What a wonderful place! It was everything we wanted for our Palm Springs vacation. The balcony offered quiet and wonderful mountain views with lush bougainvillea on the walls and hummingbirds lined up at the feeder. The kitchen was perfect for the nights we cooked meals at home, the king-sized bed was very comfortable, ample closet space and two full baths made living for two easy. Figuring out the TV remotes — there were three — was usually a challenge, but we ultimately were able to watch shows and movies that we wanted. Finally, it was an easy walk downtown to all the bars, restaurants and attractions. What a joy knowing we didn’t have to worry about driving and parking! To top it all off, the host was extremely accommodating and the property manager was always friendly and available. Bottom line: it is hard to imagine a better place to stay in Palm Springs. We hope it is available the next time we return.

Didn’t Want to Leave

We had an amazing 30-day stay at this property. The video represents the unit perfectly. The patio was our favorite “room”—we cooked at least one meal a day in the kitchen and enjoyed mountain views as we ate at the outdoor table. We loved having the slider doors open to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings—the sounds of the birds was so peaceful too. The location is excellent. We walked to Koffi every morning and only needed our rental car for Trader Joe’s and hiking—every restaurant we love (Cheeky’s, Rooster + The Pig, Farm, Bill’s, Tyler’s, El Patio, Jake’s, Tac/quila, Workshop Kitchen, etc…) is walkable. The host reached out to check in and gave us great restaurant tips that became new favorites (Rooster + The Pig, El Patio). We tried to keep to our east coast schedule and going to bed at 7:30/8 was never an issue—the complex was quiet (+ safe). If you are looking to connect with people the pool area was very sociable during the day, but we chose to read and lounge and it was never too loud. Friendly group. We felt very welcomed. Excited to go back! What a month.

Paradise

I have stayed at this complex before but this one had the best porch and view of the mountains. Everything was clean and comfortable. Even the hummingbirds visit you daily. It is the perfect location to shops, restaurants, and night life. Super quiet complex, 3 pools to enjoy. Koffi coffee shop only 2 blocks away and so is Sherman’s for best breakfast. I plan to return every 6 months.
