A cozy, charming, historic, renovated home on Queen Anne Hill—safe, quiet, spacious, and walking distance to many places. Suitable for guests who value space and a stellar location; not suitable for those expecting luxury hotel standards.
● Climate: Baseboard heaters; window A/Cs in each bedroom; large portable A/C units between the living and dining area; ceiling fans and additional fans.
● Work & unwind: Desk; daybed (massage bed) for relaxing, reading, or napping.
